Xennials teased young boys about being soft and scrawny so he we are :manny:
if we think critically and look at the numbers, about 1/3 of adolescents are at least overweight. so even if they have the idea in their head to get buff, clearly they aren't getting there physically.
Those stats are based on BMI with no regard for body composition. If Mike Tyson was 16 today he'd be "overweight".

Yup. They think women are the only ones with body image issues due to media.

Men are killing themselves just for the “look”

Women don’t even know majority of the time if a guy is using or not or they don’t even care.

Zero surprise. The writing is on the wall

Not everyone wants to be that "guy" who is liked for his "personality" because it's really all a fukking lie. You're not getting the same respect, lust, and raw attraction as you would be of you were swole for 90% of women.

We've all seen it from acquaintances, family, etc. Casual comments from wives, girlfriends, seeing how women treat in shape men, etc. And online dating and social media have exposed it further. There is literally no logical reason to not get muscular. :manny:

When you go from average or out of shape to muscular as a man, you go from bullied or invisible and having to rely on "your personality" to finally being desired :manny:.

This getting in shape and maximizing your looks is the only thing that matters..

Being a good person dnt matter
Being a nice person dnt matter
Being faithful dnt matter.

Only thing that matter if u look good or not. The more men get with the program the faster the better. It won’t cure everybody issues but it will cure most folks issues.

It’s a fickle world out here and it’s crazy that most brehs out here invisible, but society got people out here acting like being a good person and good personality matters.

Thankfully, I've gained some new friends and learned some important insights in the last year.

After consuming nothing but Andrew Tate and Jake Paul fights, I conclude that these young men should stop being some fukking bytch ass pussies. Slam some p*ssy, get your reps in, eat nothing but steak, eggs, butter and avocado, throw all of your money at Trump meme coins and just fukking win bro :troll:

Blame Zyzz, he was ground zero of this shyt. Dude has to be the most influential internet fitness influencer of all time. All the fake natty, bro culture, bro science, and looksmaxxing in online spaces. Basically the modern day internet fitness influencer was him.

Gym influencers ruining everything, got kids thinking these roid bodies are normal and can be achieved naturally. Dudes looking like prime Arnold telling people they're all natural :francis:
I was telling my gf the other night how I hated fake nattys doing that shyt.

If you're in the know of bodybuilding / fitness you'd know this has been a problem for young boys for decades.

It's an invisible issue and yes it counters certain narratives out there. That's why I've leaned into mens advocacy the older I get because young boys and men are suffering and no one cares

I had image issues when I was a teen. Even though I was in shape. The person I saw in the mirror was not who others saw. I got compliments on my abs, my chest, my back and my arms. All I saw was
Yep i suffered from this to, ppl would tell me I was hench, call me big man and makes comments like 'you won't be able to fit through the door soon' but I myself thought different and wasn't satisfied. Also Im not a IG user, so it wasn't a influencing factor like that. But you're always gonna feel like you can improve on something but it depends on how maniacal you're about it.

Im at the point I'm level headed where I acknowledge how good I look, but also look to make improvements

So you can't hit the gym/looks max and work on your personality at the same time? It's always some 'this or that' bullshyt up here. Working on your physical appearance doesn't give you a pass to be a a$$hole. We still need good people out here. Society is telling HALF-TRUTHS : "Personality and character matters..AFTER you pass the initial attraction stage." You need all 3 for long term success

Women want the best of both worlds, cuh. The fit dude who isn't boring & can hold a conversation. I would've agreed if you replaced personality with money

It's a hard lesson for me to accept, I can admit that. People say all kinds of shyt but actions say otherwise.

You rich? People will like you way more.

You in shape/attractive? People will like you way more.

I gotta start eating cleaner, tired of this
