It's closer to the division almost to a T. Bullet sponges are usually a miniboss or a boss. But that's standard for pretty much every game.

This isnt true. I'm watching streamers fight random pirates and theyre taking a mag. I just watched Doc shoot a human with no armor and she took a mag to the face. Thats not satisfying combat
