Sexyy Red at best should be the opening act for someone. Nothing wrong with that especially as you're growing. If you must do your own tour, then it has to be clubs and smaller venues/amphitheaters with festival dates. Her management is irresponsible, especially when that post covid touring demand is waning. If 15-18k a city were down to spend tons of money primarily to see you, then it would reflect in the sales of her music and they don't.

That's still not going to help her sell out those arenas. You also can't reduce ticket sales too much or the ROI just isn't going to be there to justify them taking place in those arena's that they are booked.
If other bigger artist are struggling to sell out those same arenas even with price drops, then she will as well.
