Eh, I'm a freak/bit of a contortionist also, and I haven't had any issues.I stretch everyday before I work out and these things still pop up every once in a while I'm too much of a freak for my own good

My problem has been leg cramps when a breezy on top.. especially if i worked out earlier that day because i do alot of cardio/running i could be close busting a nut and boom i be like oh shyt my leg..
