Firstly, excellent world-building is going on here without sacrificing the plot. I love that.
After watching the 2nd episode, I believe Mark will undergo reintegration at some point. The interaction with Corbelvig was tense and you could see the wheels turning. He wants to know the truth his innie knows.
While I don't think Milkshake and Corbelvig are perma-severs (the showrunners said Milkshake wasn't severed in the BTS after the episode), I do think they are diehards in the Lumon cult. However, I think both of them are, and will be, a point of failure for Lumon. The first episode showed how Milkshake is already starting to get annoyed (the name change on his terminal screen); and Corbelvig is right, they do fear her. She knows too much and highkey is infatuated with Mark. Now, if she sees the Helly/Mark kiss video?

I could see her crashing tf out. For Milkshake, I think he will continue to get piss for water while he tries his damndest to impress his bosses and it will send him over the edge. How? Idk.
I am very interested to see what happens with Burt.
SN: I like Ricken

His ridiculous book being the Bible for the severed is jokes
