Yup. I remember that scene and there was a hospital band in shrine she had. If I had to guess, she was a terminally ill child whose life was saved by Lumon pharmatech. Something in her programming definitely broke when she got fired.

Between Gemma’s accident and Cobell’s breathing tube with the name Charlotte. I’m thinking there’s something about bringing back someone’s memories/higher brain function. That’s why she was so interested in Mark. Pushing the candle and wellness sessions with Gemma to see if she can get her daughter, Charlotte, back.
Helena on the outside speaks the name "Kier" the way most people would say "God". The Eagan inner circle SEEMS to be made up of unsevered true cult believers.
Normally, I prefer "week to week" shows over binge watching shows. But in this case, I think they made a mistake releasing just ONE episode last week. Episode 2 makes Episode 1 much better IMO.
