I work out because two reasons. I want to look great naked. I remember I was on this date with this girl it was the first date and she said she wanted a strong black man and I'm pretty sure because I was not in shape she didn't become mine. This happened almost two years ago and it still plagues my mind. So I'm getting super strong with godlike aesthetics so no female will ever be able to deny that I'm a strong black man.

Second reason was because I was yoked up in front of A LOT of people by some large meat headed white boy earlier this year. I couldn't do shyt. He was at least pushing the upper 200s with a raw combination of muscle and bulk while I was barely pushing 200 if even that. That is never going to happen again in my life, ever, without some kind of serious repercussions, meaning the other person will suffer incredible bodily harm. I pray I find him again because even now I made all types of gains and I'd love for him to try that shyt once more. I'm going to be so big no one ever think about grabbing me by my collar and yoking me up again.

But anyways, why do you work out?

No swipes it sounds like you have some self esteem issues to work through that getting big won't fix

I lift mainly out of habit. When I can't lift my whole equilibrium is out of whack. I do want to get big and lean and shyt too but a huge part of it is just that I love lifting. Its like busting nuts to me.

Other thing is I want to stay active as I get older so I don't get fully :flabbynsick:. Theres a lot of older dudes who aren't Zyzz status but are still somewhat in shape and active. I want to be one of them

Seriously...

I'm 23 now. When I was 13, 9 whatever.. I didn't know what I wanted to do specifically in life but I knew who I wanted to be, if that makes sense. Hard working, RN, anti-c00n, fly, cool job, cool dude, give back to my community, spiritual, well-read etc. and a part of that was generally being healthy, looking and feeling good.

So if i'm going to watch what I eat, work out (I enjoy cardio), wear fly clothes I might as well have an impressive body. I'm not big and I have no plans to be so.

I look at some of my nikkas. We getting decent money for our age, doing what we want to do, flying to exotic countries. Why look flabby and sick?

Well it was and prob always will be for the bytches.
but it was also out of habit from playing football basketball running track. when i stopped working out when i tore my labrum. i just felt like shyt. now my body didnt look different but i felt soft
as soon as i started doing the gym again my mind cleared up and i had a place to release.
so im gonna do this until i cant anymore. not trying to get massive but nice and lean and aesthetically godly

I've lifted since I was 14 for football and did so all the way through college. Slacked a few years but back on my grind at 31. Plus being a type 1 diabetic... I'm not trying to go out earlier than I have to. I'm a creature of habit too.

I started because I was in the hospital one day and they said I was 215...I used to weigh 170. That told me I was :larry: so it made me start after I recovered
