Actually I know alot of hardcore Jay fans that fcked with BP3, they thought it was better than KC, and BP2.

And im not asking for something as complex as Einstein's theory.
Also you should realize Jay lyrically on BP3 was on the same if not even better than he was on BP1.

The only reason nikkaz say otherwise is because they were so turned off by the production they didnt notice the crazy sht Jay was spitting on that album.

Actually alot of the "dud" albums ppl say Jay had are pretty much based on the production.
Becuz I can argue Jay was in top form on KC but the production was pretty bad on that album.

Same goes for BP3

Like seriously go to rap genius or some sht compare the lyrics Jay spit on BP1 to his lyrics spit on BP3..ull realize BP3 Jay was better lyrically.

And Jay's flow on BP3 was much more fresh throughout the album than it was on BP1

the production on BP3 is a hit and miss and iss the reason why it gets the mixed reviews.

So hey I care about the beats but not soo much that I cant hear the excellent barz being spit.

Jay-Z's use of alliteration on BP3 was insane
he had clever wordplay, his flow was diverse and fresh
Stop trying to act like it wasnt.
You're only saying it wasnt those things because Jay's tracks on BP3 didnt contain substance by your standards.

I mean sht you only said there were 4 dope songs on WTT and all of those songs are in line to the subject preference the coli loves.

So like I said, Jay aint falling off, you just dont like his subject matter, which makes you tune out the techniques he's using on his songs.

And this is why this board will say Pac is GOAT but say Jay is fallin off. Pac is sht lyrically and his flow is garbage but because of his subject matter people make him out to be the best.
