Only a matter of time for MGS there was too many rumors for it not to be true
Oh and I still remember the guy who did the score for the first Bully said he finished the score for the sequel a while back.

Yeah Rockstar thought they were slick with that bully 2 cancelled a while ago rumor

They hate when we know a game is coming

I remember Leslie Benzies said back then "we have 45 years worth of ideas for GTA"

That would mean Dan Houser had to have written the script for GTA VI, Bully 2 and RDR 3 before he left. RDR2 script was done in 2012 so that tells you they sit on stories.
