I prefer Bloodborne due to the setting, music and more character customisation. Sekiro's combat is a lot tougher and more rewarding once you adjust to it.But is the game better??
The main reason I'm contemplating getting it on PS4 is because my PC won't let me run the game at 60fps AND record gameplay footage.40~60fps. If you got a PC and you debating getting it on console you pouring jelly on yourself.
You have an Nvidia GPU right? If you use Nvidia's shadowplay you should have little to no performance loss. The main reason I'm contemplating getting it on PS4 is because my PC won't let me run the game at 60fps AND record gameplay footage.
I might grab it on PC and just hook my MacBook up to the Elgado and do the game recording that way

I disagree completely. Getting to explore and take different paths is my favorite part of the game.
And there's all types of useful items. Stuff like the scrap you use to upgrade the prosthetic, some of the tools themselves can only be found if you veer off the critical path.
Not to mention, if you go out exploring, you're gonna encounter more enemies, which means more XP and more $. If anything I'd say exploring is the most important part of the game
