Thats what made it more funny to me. Jerry was playing himself. Just a regular dude in his own funny ass show. The dialogue in that scene is classic. A library investigator who's name is Bookman and takes everything too seriously and there is Jerry looking goofy. Shyt was funny to me. I still laugh at that scene the way that dude was talking like an old school cop.

Why do people keep bringing up "Martin", that show stopped being funny for me when I turned 13... Every once in awhile I can find an episode funny for nostalgia purposes though...

Seinfeld on the other hand, was a show that became funny to me in my teens and its completely relatable to me in my 20's.... The writing is untouchable...

I mean its funny watching Martin dress up as a bunch of goofy character's(The little kid with the snot in his nose/Jerome being the funniest) and yell at the screen, but that shyt gets old... Something will happen to me that is a complete Seinfeld situation and I'll laugh to myself out of nowhere...

Well the first three are the worst tbh. Some would say Season 9 because the plot lines became rooted in fantasy instead of reality but I personally think 9 is underrated.

7 I'd say. You can't really go wrong with 4-7.

Seinfeld is the only sitcom I watch. It's my favorite, know all the lines. I don't even watch sitcoms anymore. It's just not worth it cos' I know I will be letdown. I just check for Curb and that's it nowadays.

So I watched the first couple of episodes of season 4 and so far this looks like the best season. But it took a while- FOUR seasons for it to get better

Shows like Frasier and 70s show were great right from the start.

That happened with me when I watched re runs of Fresh Prince. Sometimes I didnt laugh once.
