Seem like the media about to start the trend ``I’m Getting Extremely Tired Of My PS5’s Nonsense``

Are there any other games on PS5 suffering from this issue? Seems to be more of an issue with Avengers than a widespread PS5 problem judging by the writer and tweets

That’s what I’m wondering and I’m not even saying that out of stanning sony, i honestly haven’t had a problem. You can check my PSN account on the games on my PS5.

I have Wasteland 3, Ghost of Tsushima, Yakuza 7, Witcher 3, Control Ultimate, FF7R....I’ve yet to have a problem transferring saves or getting a next gen version of my game.

I took a look at that guys twitter and he’s been pretty much going in on sony the entire day. From the EVO News, Complaining about dual sense, the saves, UI....

It’s like, if you prefer the xbox just play the xbox. I don’t get it.

No it’s not the only game.

Cloud saves are only available to PSN subscribers, so if you don’t hold PSN indefinitely then you won’t be able to transfer over unless the devs themselves make a solution. Beyond that PS4 has a tendency to not upload to the cloud for whatever reason, so lots of people are finding out they need to hook up the PS4 to manually upload the saves.

Also the way PS5 handles the files people end up with the PS4 and PS5 version of games on their system and they have to manually chose the PS5 version to play or find the menu to delete just the PS4 version. Also going into the PSN store it’s a bit of a hassle to make sure you are downloading the correct version of the game.

Avengers was just the high profile game that set off all these recent articles. Because the devs themselves tried to make a solution.

The way ps5 handles cloud saves is clumsy and unintuitive.
I have no clue how in the world ANYBODY can be such a stan that they defend
this nonsense.

For Xbox is stupidly seamless and everything is handled in the background.
The transition from my Xbox One X to my series X was quick and easy.

For Ps5, I spent time transferring saves, downloading them, certain types
of hard drives can't be used to store ps5 titles (wtf ?) etc. Then even worse
there are files that didn't even upload or download when I went to go use them.

Case in point, my DQ11 file didn't even transfer over despite it sitting on my
ps4 pro for nearly two years and having cloud saves auto-upload activated for years.
Just clumsy and "last-last-gen" feeling at times.
