I wouldn't read too much into it. It's a long season. Elder and Anderson have been outperformed so far in spring training as well.

so Brian Jordan ain't coming back, mostly for reasons that border on racism, if not all in out racism. Braves twitter mad about Paul Byrd mostly because he look like them, probably twins separated at birth. His pitching insights weren't that insightful and it took too long to get there. At least Brian was an everyday player, Byrd, beginning to end was a journeyman.
