I just looked it up. Apparently Bendis said 1/4 Latina. But she looked exactly like Quake all through New Avengers/Civil War. I didn't even put it together that she was supposed to be Latina until Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

They did start making her look more ethnic eventually, but she's been on the shelf lately.
