bruh, what the hell? black urine? :merchant:

what exactly caused this? Just because you were on your knees for several hrs, caused you to not be able to use your legs and not be able to feel your feet years later?? :mindblown:
Cut off circulation to my legs, which caused my muscles to constrain for hours while I was knocked out. My legs were tight as fukk when the ambulance came to get me, all my leg muscles were so tight for so long they all died.

ALL OF THEM bro.

I got full feeling in my legs back but like I said, my feet are only at like 70% and I got a slight case of foot drop on my left foot, I can't pull up on it very strong but I can press down fine.

It's more nerve damage than muscle weakness.

I'm going back to physical therapy next week. I probably only need like a month worth of work, twice a week.

Cross fit is very dangerous.

Jump rope and calisthenics is the way to go, especially for older brehs
Yep and some new studies have shown that HIIT and metccon style cardio actually leads to cell death. Long distance steady state cardio is the best thing to do for your cells if you need cardio vascular improvement

I had rhabdomylosis a few years ago. Pain and stiffness was so out of proportion to my workout. Just started working out too hard to fast in the heat and was dehydrated. When my urine turned brown I went to ER. They gave me a bag if IV fluid and wanted to admit me. But I’m a nurse and understand I just needed to hydrate to flush all this out of my system. So i spend like three days straight down water at home. Going to bathroom every hour
Yea I remember we chopped it up on here when I had my issue, I think you were the main person informing me on it.

Diet > Exercise.

I'm telling you brehs, when you've mastered the art of controlling what you eat the weight melts off. You gonna start asking yourself why you wasted all this money, time and energy in the gym? Lol. It's honestly the number one thing that's going to determine how healthy you are and the longevity of quality life you live. You can kill yourself and raise your cortisol levels all day at the gym, but if you eat right and have your metabolism under control .. sky's the limit :ahh:
Horrible fukking advice:stopitslime: yes diet is very important, but who in the fukk wants to be skinny flabby:mjlol: all men, hell all people require strength training to be their best self :yeshrug:

Bodyweight cardio and pilates got me in the best shape of my life and i tend to stay in pretty great shape

Stopped fukking with weights after I got costochondritis. Legit thought I was having a heart attack. shyt was so painful they had to give me a toradol shot. That was around a year and a half ago, haven't touched a weight since.:hubie:

I had costochondritis about 4 or 5 years ago. Didn't know WHAT the hell was going on. Constant pressure on my lungs, could barely breathe. Pain so bad I couldn't even sleep at night. Wound up having to go to the ER.

That's why I stay away from certain exercises that make me feel unnaturally fukked up after I do them. In my case it's exercises revolving around doing side to side hip movement, I always feel like I'm going to die a few minutes afterward.

It also happens when I golf at Topgolf. Something about my sides. I can also audibly hear and feel myself exhale and grimace when I do it without weight. Everyone I've asked about it doesn't seem to have this issue, just me. :patrice:

Know your limits brehs.

Dawg I almost died from Rabno being too drunk and falling to sleep while throwing up, on my knees, in a floor garbage can.

I still felt the hurl coming, so I just rested my head. I ended up blacking out for like 9 hours. I was lucky as fukk to be at my mama house where somebody could find me, I would have died if I was home alone.

Lil sis came downstairs to see me and noticed me on my knees and sleep. She couldn't wake me. Ambulance came and took me to the hospital. I regained consciousness at the hospital. I couldn't feel my legs AT ALL. I was pissing black piss for 2 days, the black piss was dead muscle leaving my body thru urine :picard:.

I couldn't feel my legs for months. This was in 2016. It's 2021 and my legs are good but I still can't feel or control my feet really. Only at about a 70% rate of normal strength/control.

That's why I shot dawg in the leg last year, my legs ain't strong enough to scrap with a big nikka :yeshrug:.

My neighborhood still say I was doing too much, I still don't give a single fukk. See me when you see me fukk nikka :yeshrug:

100% facts

Diet + Bodyweight Exercise >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Weightlifting
I kinda do all three (diet is seesaw) but the feeling I get from weight lifting is :wow:
Plus weight lifting got me looking right in clothes. The feeling you get when a woman is appreciating your physique :wow::wow:

Do you have a link?

apoptosis (cell death) is actually normal and the average person loses billions of cells per day due to this.

HIIT bad for.cells - Google Search

Apoptosis suggest cells get replaced. If you read the NYtimes article in the google link, it is suggesting that there is permanent damage being done if you do too much HIIT.

Also HIIT makes the tissues of your heart “thicker”, while long distance steady state cardio gives your heart the ability to “stretch”. Which one sounds better to you?
