Sean Lee caught that hit under the helmet and on his chin no matter what it looks like full speed. Plenty of people can tell you those can actually be worse than helmet to helmet. Look how the Sean Lee was struggling just to get up.
5/10 years ago, you get nothing but props for a crackback like that but the league has changed and these type of hits are gonna catch fines.
