Block was 100% legal. He got fined for showing out after the hit. NFL shouldn't have fined him though.
Why you in here lying?
Never want someone to see someone die but you and i know football is a violent painful sport. And it's a way to hit someone to hurt them and a way to hit someone to injure them for life. What Golden Tate did was what all players are taught to do as youths. Block the fukk outta the D and when u get a chance wallop their ass. U know Sean Lee would have did it to Tate if given the chance. And this is coming from a diehard Cowboys fan.
He was fined because hit him hard, he was fined because he led with his helmet. It wasn't dirty, and he wasn't trying to injure anyone...but it also wasn't legal by current NFL standards. Right before impact, he lowers HIS head and initiates contact with the crown of his helmet. Thus, the fine.
And any coach teaching players to hit with their head down like that should be fired because their going to get some kid paralyzed. No Eric Taylor.
