Shield had to lose to add some heat to the two title matches. Maybe this loss will put them on a mean streak for the next couple of weeks. On another note smarks maybe mad about the Shield loss but happy about the WHC MITB match

It's not about The Shield jobbing at this point (after they've been protected as fukk for 7 months), it's about what they do after.

If they cut a good promo and destroy CC & The Usos (and beat them at MITB), then this L won't mean shyt

You can't keep protecting them so much unless you plan to give them a real main event spot (ie, Cena) or use them part time like Brock, which makes no sense.

I'm not gonna complain about their booking until they are constantly being portrayed as "just another heel faction", and they still have a lot of credibility left for me to start seeing them like that.

For everyone saying the Shield vs Christian/Usos match was random they need to look for more spoilers. On Main Event, Christian faced Ambrose and the rest of Shield came out to attack but the Usos came for the save, so the match is based off of that.

Ok I'll giveyou that, but that was the past, and he's not doing that stuff anymore,ifhe were, he'd be in the main event scene right now. And viscera is better because he had actual charisma and personality, and no unneccessary face paint on him. And he was big daddy v.

The Shield have been built to be so unbeatable and unstoppable that it puts WWE in a bad position because aside from Team Hell No which no longer exists, there's no other team that's been built to even compete with them, let alone beat them. The tag division is filled with filler teams.


so they kinda have to let teams like the Usso's pick up little wins over the shield here and there in order to make shyt even, at least. Make these other teams look like contenders.


obviously at the end of the day, its just a pit stop for the shield. they're gonna beat the ussos at MITB and move on to Kane and Taker.

Roman Reigns doesn't get pinned and seemingly doesn't get his ass kicked too much. He always come out of shyt looking good until Bryan killed him for like 3 str8 weeks. He STILL was pushed like he was dominant and that the high flyer Seth was the one who could be caught for an L.

The Usos are fantastic. I just don't think that a team at their level of booking (along with Christian's LEVEL OF BOOKING NOT ACCOMPLISHMENTS) should be beating the Shield in unpromoted tag matches. Really, my gripes are more about shytty booking period (as this is indicative of said shytty booking) than anything related to Christian and The Usos.

Also, explain how the bolded can be achieved ONLY through having the Shield lose matches.

I feel like the Shield have reached a high level of success. A loss like this really shouldn't harm them. They are bulletproof at this point imo

Plus by defeating the Shield this makes the feuds between Christian and the Usos much more intriguing. I honestly don't see the issue but I can see why some would have gripes.
