Probably one of the best rap albums I’ve listened to in a long time.

Actually felt like an album not just a whole bunch of random songs put together like most of the albums coming out in this era.

Production was really good.

Idk how to explain it but a lot of the songs take too long to get going…pseudo artsy shyt..most the songs sound like interludes

Why are you blaming this on the label? At this point we know Q is in control of his career.

I'm not blaming the label or anyone. He made an album, a full body of work with no focus on radio or singles. And they're gonna basically fall back and let whatever happens happen. I respect artists who say fukk it, especially after Crash Talk where it seemed like he was chasing trends (which the labels loves). Tour gonna be dope, I'll cop the vinyl too. It's really good.

Album has a manic then smooth vibe throughout. Decent flow and production but this is definitely his most lyrically vapid album. He ain't talking about shyt for the most part here.

Yeeeaaaahhhh Q my nikka and I hate it had to happen to him but.....he might not got it no more... Between this the break and his last album shyt has just been...off

This sounds like some chillwave hybrid shyt sonically and...the energy just seems bland throughout sadly. Very mid on first listen but I'll spin back a few more times.

Yeah that is true, I don't really find myself going back to his old work either tbh.

ehh, it's ok. I listened to crash talk before this and it was terrible, cookie cutter level album. After Lost Times it gets better, more introspective music and showing off his lyricism. The songs before that are just him trying to do make bangers, I will give it a second listen later but for right now its not better thank blank face, oxymoron or habits and contradictions.
