Cornfields, cows, & an one stoplight town
I can see then being sued but charged with a crime?

No. It's not

They were warned and urged to get him help. He'd made threats, wrote notes, and drew pictures of murdering people. They got him a gun. He was actually in the guidance counselor's office and they contacted the mom about his threats and she was making fun of the school. Yeah, that's blatant negligence and I agree with the manslaughter charge.

This should be the norm for any juvenile who commits a crime that harms others. An investigation into the parents should be mandatory.

"LOL I’m not mad," Jennifer Crumbley texted her son. "You have to learn how to not get caught."

He murdered four students the very next day.

She held out long enough though..I was expecting her to throw him under the bus a year ago :mjlol:
Jesus man, they blame us for every damn thing.

They’ll probably get a 10-piece, each.

Yes it is

You cannot just give a kid a gun to do whatever with. You can buy a gun for a child, but they can only have supervised access to it at a range or for hunting/farming.
Correct.
U said you can't give a kid a gun. Full stop.
Which is fukking incorrect.
So thank you for correcting yourself.
