Bale and Adams killed it. I feel Cooper (playing an Italian guy) and Lawrence (seems like she was playing a women 10 years her senior) although admirable were a bit miscast. Jeremy Renner although not Italian either pulled it off better than Bradley Cooper.
The story and direction were top notch. David O Russell is a very good film maker.

Easily the best fukkin film that's dropped this year IMO. Wardrobe, characters, storyline, even the music was Grade A piff. Going to see it again on Xmas day

American Hustle was just what the title says...Batman, Lois Lane, Hawkeye and Limitless did their thing in this movie. They all played their roles REAL WELL. However when Katniss Everdeen came on the screen she controlled the show like

Great movie, Jennifer Lawrence was kind of garbage though. Everyone else, Bale and Adams especially, were very convincing and Lawrence took me out of the movie in some of her scenes with how goofy and over the top she was. Not that she sucks in general, but in this at least she was like a high school play actress playing diva/selfish.
Deniro was gully, the meeting scene with him and Adams and Cooper at the club were two of my favorites. Bale was very good, this was one of the best movies ive seen this year.

The whole time i thought he was playing a jewish guy because of the curls in his hair but then you find out he used the curlers and you see his mom and family but other than that Cooper played that awkward power driven detective well
and theadstarter is right there was not clear good guy and bad guy each character had elements you wanted to root for but you also saw their flaws as humans
