Went on a good long ride yesterday but man it was fukking HOT. 94 degrees the whole time. Started out fast and feeling good but I had to stop and catch my breath on the last climb. If I ride tonight I'm riding on the trainer and if I'm out in that kind of heat I'm bringing an iced BCAA shake, maybe with some electrolytes. I figured a ride would unlock some weight but this is pretty surprising. Again though we will see how much of this sticks tomorrow morning.
As a data geek it's fun to dig through what's happening. Here is my average daily loss per weekday:

So it looks like I'm doing mini refeeds over the weekend and taking big dips during the week. Sounds about right. Hoping I can knock some of that lack of weekend progress off with more cardio.
This new low weight is not too great... looking flat. Gonna relax with the clean eating today but still try and stay on point calorie wise. Got 2 social things this weekend but again if I can get on the bike at least 2x by Tuesday with one of those rides being outside I will be skraaaaiiiight.
