Had a pretty nice ride outside yesterday but still...legit loss of 3lbs in a week? :lupe: Thing is while I'm def leaner I'm seeing I'm prob not gonna be diced at 180. Nice but not diced. If things continue at this clip though getting down to like 175 should be no problem. Aside from some sinus congestion and obviously some hunger pangs knock on wood I feel great going at this pace :wtf: That kind of suggests to me that I'm holding more fat than I initially thought which is the norm. Abs need some direct work too, def don't have them 3d raviolis but they are starting to show themselves

187.6... I ate late though and didn't have my fiber yesterday. Got a party today but it's in the day time.... not drinking and I'm gonna keep it light. Still down 1.6 from a week ago, can't complain at all. Got a lot of shyt to do today so I should be able to stay on point.

Hit upper body today. Finally got clipped. Been weeks in the making. Had to drop 5lb off heavy bench :sadcam: Still way better off now than I was at this point on my last cut... and I'm sleep deprived... but like I said it's been building. We will see how squats go tomorrow. Hoping I can get to bed early tonight.

187.0... feeling better, got a full night of sleep. Legs went well, might add weight next week. I need to start logging my workouts again. Hoping I feel good enough tomorrow night to ride though I might just ride tonight since I have a lot of shyt to do tomorrow.

187 flat AGAIN

Cardio is doing the heavy lifting on this cut. Haven't had a good ride since Thursday and as you can prob tell the weight loss has stalled. Gonna def do at least 2 rides through this weekend (tonight & Sunday) and hopefully do 4 total (tomorrow and Monday) just to get the wheels turning again. I have been clean and on point with my diet so I'm not sure what else I can do. Def not cutting intake.

I am feeling strong in the gym though and only hitting legs 1x/week seems to be working well so I will get a little more aggressive with cardio. I started with 2x/week and recently did 3x but I will throw some 4x days in the mix too. Ideally they would be all outside rides as those are harder but more fun. I mean you saw what one outside ride did last Thursday.... imagine what 4 over 5 days would do :merchant: Just hope the weather is good.

Went on a good long ride yesterday but man it was fukking HOT. 94 degrees the whole time. Started out fast and feeling good but I had to stop and catch my breath on the last climb. If I ride tonight I'm riding on the trainer and if I'm out in that kind of heat I'm bringing an iced BCAA shake, maybe with some electrolytes. I figured a ride would unlock some weight but this is pretty surprising. Again though we will see how much of this sticks tomorrow morning.

As a data geek it's fun to dig through what's happening. Here is my average daily loss per weekday:

So it looks like I'm doing mini refeeds over the weekend and taking big dips during the week. Sounds about right. Hoping I can knock some of that lack of weekend progress off with more cardio.

This new low weight is not too great... looking flat. Gonna relax with the clean eating today but still try and stay on point calorie wise. Got 2 social things this weekend but again if I can get on the bike at least 2x by Tuesday with one of those rides being outside I will be skraaaaiiiight.

Yea things are definitely moving in the right direction. Day to day sometimes I get pissed about little shyt but I've been down 1.8lb/wk since my diet break with strength gains, and I'm actually enjoying the cardio. If I can keep moving at this clip I'm hoping to be done in like a month.

186.2 when I woke up.... chilled with some friends last night and went hella over on that Chick Fil A catering :ahh: 2.2lb down from last Sunday :smile:

Had a cup of coffee, cleared some waste and went for what might have been my best ride ever, especially in a fasted state. I was flowing from the survival scrolls heavy :ohlawd: On flat ground and declines I was hitting unseen speeds and I was able to beast mode on climbs. Caffeine def helped but the weather was perfect too. I did have a BCAA + fiber shake during the ride but other than that and the coffee I'm breaking the fast now. Pretty much... backloaded?... my calories last night. Worked well. Will be doing this for the rest of the cut. For shyts and giggles I weighed myself after.... 184 flat :yeshrug: Time for my whey shake and then a nice Father's Day dinner with the inlaws.... really happy with how things have gone this weekend.
