CAB went OK, 5/10. 3x6 bench is a little weaker; might be due for a specific deload. May just switch to 3x9 for a hot minute. Everything else is good though. Weighted chins, TPD, curls are all up. O I did have coffee today so that probably helped. We will see how things look for CAS Thursday.

:whoa: went over yesterday and Tuesday, not even by much... but I can see it

Not gonna be able to ride tonight and maybe Friday.... gotta stay under to compensate :sadcam:

Bike will be really nice once they hook it all up though. Whole point of it was so I have shifters on the hand grip instead of on the downtube by my damn feet. Still gonna get a new frame next year, and then the bike will be ready to go.

Just making a note for myself. I can do a full serving of kale in my shake, but it needs a little more berries (200g even) and more ice. 12oz of water to add is OK but a good 1/3 or so of that should be ice. Also have to blend it twice to get it nice and smooth. Kale didn't get pulverized enough. Overall though it's pretty damn good. Pretty much 2 multivitamins worth of bioavailable nutrients in a tasty ass drink. #IWantThePurpleStuff

Man I am nowhere near "there" yet but it is nice to be lean. I get a little soft, dial calories back for 2-3 days and I'm good again. If I can just skate like this for the next 6 months and build strength + rebuild my metabolism I will be golden

Went to a baby shower today. There were cupcakes. Burgers. Cheetos. More cupcakes. I will just leave it at that :francis: :snoop:

One thing that was nice though is people def noticed my weight loss. Im still just borderline though.

Rest of this month is going to be.... not great. Bike is in the shop till Thursday and Im off to Peru Saturday, so unless I hop on wifey's bike it's gonna be a challenge to stay under. Then of course Peru will be a complete wash, no protein or exercise besides walking. Going to be interesting.

:whoa: :whoa: :whoa: :whoa: :whoa: Not even CONSIDERING trying my luck though. Last week my average intake with all the overages was about 2000.... going to creep to 2100 this week.

Also might fall back on all this damn protein.... on a good day I am legitimately getting 280g, which is prob overkill even for cutting.... but it was absolutely worth it for holding on to my strength. I think I will relax on that. Main thing is I'm tired of eating 20 oz of chicken in 1 sitting. I'm gonna cut that back to like 10-12 oz with some rice or something. I also want to fall back on the shakes and do more food. That's going to have to come way later though; like once my metabolism is fully back. I wanna do like 50-60g from shakes a day tops.

Hitting legs today. Feeling good. Also figured out how to make a platform to raise the heels, mainly for my wife.... but I will give it a shot myself. I hope the wood is strong enough.... I will try it today and if I like it I will build a platform. Wifey has long ass legs so anything that will help her sit back more will be beneficial.

:francis: Gonna be a lot of :francis: Grabbed a bag of Combos on the way home yesterday. Not the little one either. Said "I will just have half". Dusted it off :mjlol: :snoop:

Weighed in at 190 flat this morning. Thing is, still leanish :yeshrug: Picking up my bike tonight.... gonna try and do ~25-30 miles between tomorrow and Friday night before I go on vacation. Should cover this week's transgressions. Gonna hit legs tonight. Been a minute since I did back squats, but I am loving the inclined platform I built and I think that will make them a lot safer/easier on my back. The difference on and off the platform is hugely noticeable with just the bar so I'm hoping it will make back squatting easier. I want to get back up in them 3s mayne

I think when I get back I'm gonna switch to a 3 day full body split. Gonna require full commitment to working out at home though, which I think I should be able to manage. No way would I be able to superset shyt like chinups and front squats at a commercial gym :dead: But a 3 day split would give me more time to ride, which high key I'm enjoying a bit more and more and want to make somewhat of a priority. Will also give me a lot more flexibility if I miss a day or whatever (and the added cardio = more Combos, brownies, cheesecake, graham crackers, yadda fukking yadda). I basically took the shyt I'm doing now and compressed it into 3 days instead of 5. The workouts are kind of brutal.... Saturdays for example I'm doing heavy bench AND heavy squats.... but I figure I should be OK in a surplus. I'm already feeling better and making gains. Also nice to be able to hold a pump again, seems like weight gain is going straight to my glycogen stores.
