In laws had us over... I had 2 burgers, chips with salsa and topped it off with some cookies :mjcry:

I feel backed up though. I dont look too big either. But shyt better move fast. I was hoping to dip under 190 this coming weekend :sadcam:

Skipping squats.... today I'm keeping my intake extra low, like 1300. I def still feel full from yesterday. Just gonna have my chicken for lunch and then a shake when I get home. Get back on my regular shyt tomorrow. Looking at my calendar this week, nothing on the agenda for work, and next weekend should be pretty chill too. I definitely need to catch up on sleep too. Today is hopefully gonna be a big reset day, I have been fukking around too much.

Found out this weekend my local grocer carries duck breast :leon: :takedat: Also found a shyt load of those Barber's stuffed chicken breast shyts. Cordon Bleu is my go to but they had a mushroom flavor that has godly macros. They aren't breaded.... I wanna say they were like 160kcal a pop, 21g protein. 3 of those, I'm gucci. That's a meal

Chest arms back today..... 8/10 day today again. Tell me why my bench is going up in this deficit :why: I hit 225 for 6, 6, 5 with confidence. Bench is damn near as strong as it was back in February. Let me not jinx it.....

Prob renewed strengfh from the near binge I did this weekend. No matter though, we are focused again and all that water is coming off

Just laying out my lift benchmarks here officially as of 12/25/2014

Bench: 215x9, 235x6
S Press: 125x9
Lat pulldowns: 220x10
Squats: 285x8

See what happens to them over the next few months
Reading through old posts. Really interesting. Lot of value in seeing what I was doing before. Here is where those lifts are now:

Bench: 200x9, 225x6.... not mad at that at all.
S Press: Hard to call. Switched to the rackable trap bar, doing 105x9 for now but that is moving up quickly.
Lat pulldowns: Again hard to call. Doing weighted chins, hitting 8-9 reps for 220 total weight. Can't complain.
Squats: Lower back has been killing me so I have been fukking with front squats a lot. But I think I was hitting 255 or 265x8 before. I think front squats are going to be the permanent wave though.

Plus keep in mind weight has been dropping and lifts have actually started creeping up a little bit. If I can be more strict on weekends these next few weeks will be very productive. IDK if I want to stop cutting in September though :lupe: I might take two weeks off and then get back at it

Hit front squats, 3x8x215. Gonna try for 220 this weekend.

Made my chicken in the oven. The fat rendered into the bottom of the pot I stored them in... I should have tossed it, but instead I heated it up and sprinkled it onto my chicken :snoop: I should have thrown those damn calories away. We will see about dipping under 190 this weekend. I think I might drop another 100kcal, keep things at or below 1900 for the rest of the cut and really try to rein my weekends in. I could do well on 2000kcal if I could hit that 7 times a week.

Yea, keeping things down at 1900. Havent been sleeping well at all this week and kind of stressed. I can see the effects. I'm not dropping like I used to. Weighed in around the mid 194s yesterday, scared to see what I'm gonna do tomorrow and this weekend

Weighed in, 190 flat :gladbron: Thought it was too good to be true, weighed in again, 193.4 :francis:

No biggie though. This weekend should be light. Might go out for dinner one night... actually I think I will go get that duck breast from the grocery store :patrice: W/some buttery mashed potatoes that should be very nice. We are going into overdrive though for the next 6 weeks. Gonna work at 1900 and maybe down to 1800 for the last 2 weeks of September.

Hit chest/arms/shoulders yesterday. Went OK. 6/10, everything moved like butter, felt great.

All that fretting and sweating.... down to 190.8. Going to relax and keep things at 2000kcal for this full week. Well, today I will have like 2200-2300 because I'm making duck breast for dinner :noah: But I can prob dip back tomorrow to make up for it. Anyways I'm def curious to see how keeping things strict will do. Hopefully that speeds up the weight loss without killing gym feels. Eating chicken now to get ready for UBP

Home for work, figured I'd weigh myself. Been a little..... backed up, finally got traffic moving again. Weighed in at a double confirmed 189.6. Been averaging almost 2lbs/wk for the last 2 weeks. If this keeps up through next week I may bump calories back up to ~2000-2100. I'm definitely getting leaner and strength is holding but I don't wanna conk out or start losing strength. Then again at this rate I could def get into the 170s by my end date (~9/14)

Hit upper body party and legs this weekend. UBP was so so. I was tired as hell, lying down between sets towards the end. But I did what I had to do. Hit legs yesterday.... I only hit like 8,8,3x205 on front squats. Jut felt heavy. Admittedly I think I went and shot hoops Saturday or maybe Friday? Prob Saturday. So that tapped into some resources. I want to try and hit legs 2x week though so I will see how I'm feeling Wed-Thurs.

Im fukking hungry brehs :sadcam:

Chest arms back yesterday. 6/10. A/C on the second floor of my house is out so we have a portable unit.... long story short it's fukking with my sleep but hopefully we will be squared away tonight. Still though, hit 225 for like 6,6,4 on bench, did what I had to do otherwise.

I'm getting lean :whoo: If I can keep moving at this pace... :banderas: Im def the leanest Ive prob ever been and I feel pretty good. I have to admit, cravings are getting stronger. But Im gonna power through. Man I am fukking hungry, just had lunch and I feel like I haven't eaten anything yet.

Chest arms shoulders today.... went OK, hit 9,9,8 on incline bench. Prob shouldn't do front squats the night before shoulder day, right shoulder was slightly sore. Traps are on fire for some reason.

Also figured out I need to have a huge lunch to stave off hunger. Had a little Bojangles biscuit yesterday... was not cutting it. Had a Snickers afterwards... still hungry :mjcry: Went over yesterday by like 300 cause I did squats. Gonna have to go under tomorrow to keep things honest. I am probably going to bring in my shake every day now instead of just when I work out. Otherwise on off days shyt gets hectic.
