Chest arms shoulders today. Weird workout. One thing I learned is that like 5 degrees of decline on shoulder press bench makes a world of difference in safety, but I'm not so sure about feel.

Went to the gym store today, they have my shyt in stock no problem. Just need to talk to wifey about making that big purchase. Maybe next month.

Upper body party today. Hit my goals for the most part but man I forgot my HBCDs.... energy was low as fukk, felt super hypoglycemic. I hit everything I needed to but it wasn't a fun workout at all. Pump was a little weak too. They said they were going to switch my membership but my keyfob didn't work. I had to fukking sneak in. Still not crazy about this branch either. Gonna start piecing together the home gym over the next few weeks.

Leg day yesterday. Had my HBCDs but didn't sleep well. Still got through most of 3x8x275 on squats and 3x10x225 on stiff leg deals but I was dragging ass and tired. Slept better tonight, hopefully I can get back to normal this week and keep pushing.

Wet weight is 204.6. At this rate I might be under 200 by the end of the month :lupe:

Got a head cold or allergies or something though. Been due for a doctor visit so I think I might follow up and try and get something done about allergies. Hasn't really been killing my workouts, just more annoying than anything.

OK now this allergy shyt is becoming a problem. fukking with my sleep. I'll see how chest/arms/back goes today but IDK brehs. Weight still holding at where it was. Busy with a lot of shyt and it's gonna rain all week so cardio is probably not gonna happen. Will be interesting to see what weight loss looks like this week, been pretty much holding at a steady 2100-2200/day. Rainy as fukk but I still wanna try and put my grill together :lupe: see if I can fit some fish in on some days.

Gonna try legs today for lunch. Slept well, feel good. Gonna go for 3x8x275. My rice got full of water as I thawed it :mjcry: We will see if there's any flavor left. I think going forward I will load my rice into bags as flat as possible so I can heat it up frozen. Still definitely have a good amount of weight to lose but now it's just a matter of addressing problem areas like my armpits and love handles. Overall shape is athletic again, no more spare tire.

Hit legs Wednesday, went less than great. Just didnt have that last set energy. Did chest arms shoulders Thursday, went for heavy bench since I missed it Tuesday :snoop: That low key fell off again too. I have upper body party today, gonna have to do it later tonight as I have other shyt to do during the day. Cant wait for this fukking rain to end, there is a nice 6 or 7 mile loop right out of my front door. Hit that a couple times a week and I will be gucci. Leave the trainer for wifey till she gets up to snuff

Thinking about it, I think once I break through 200 consistently, which should happen around mid May, I'm gonna take that full diet break. Crank up to 2600-2700 a day and rejuvenate. I don't know if its the move or what but cravings have been intensifying and energy in the gym has been consistently a little low. I'm at 10 weeks now at just over 1lb a week average... another 4 weeks should do it. Then from there on seeing how I feel I might do that 6-7 on 2 off shyt I was originally thinking about. 5 more months :mjcry: Then wintertime we bulk with new wisdom and intensity. Name of the game is max fat loss/min strength loss and then min fat gain/max strength gain. Everyone seems to understand the first one and forget the second one. If I can I dont ever want to see the other side of 200 again.

That second push will be interesting. I will be pissed if I take 2 weeks off and then immediately feel like shyt again back on a deficit. shyt's gonna be a different animal the leaner I get.

Still though the first leg has gone really well. I was nervous I would push too hard or lose a ton of strength but I have a whole spreadsheet setup and my strength per lb has been steadily increasing even though lifts are slightly down. As long as that shyt doesn't start going down I'm happy.

Hit upper body party tonight. I think I like working out at night more. Switched it up on bench.... went to dumbbells for 3x9 bench. Used 100s. Felt pretty good. Also hit 60s on DB shoulder press. Again felt pretty good, need to brace my core more though.

Been reading up on and thinking about belts. I think it's time to give it a try. I have leg day tomorrow and I have a belt I bought a while back I forgot about. Gonna see whats up with it.

Timed my workout. UBP is just over an hour. CAB is about 45 minutes and I think I can breeze through CAS in maybe 30-35? When I go back to bulking I will do 2 supersets of arms instead of one. Also gonna throw incline bench in the mix.

Not sure how the DBs are gonna work. Cheapest way would prob be to get one set of very long screw on handles and hope for the best. I just dont want to impale my damn thigh :damn: I did really like DB bench though. Def prefer it for close grip work.

Leg day today. Had a really busy day and felt like shyt... back was sore and legs felt fried. Brought the belt out though. Made a huge difference :leon:

Hit 8,8,6x275 on squats no problem, and breezed through 3x10x225 on SLDLs (with straps though). Damn near felt like I could throw on more weight but I will wait until I feel 100%.

Got the coal grill setup and cooked all my meat for lunch this week :ohlawd: The flavor :mjcry: And it cooked better and retained the dry rub better than it does in the oven and didn't take much more time to do :yeshrug: Gonna be grilling heavy for sure this spring/summer/fall.
