Weight loss has stalled. More cardio, dropping down to ~2200-2300 net through March then gonna take a week or so off at maintenance, then go back to ~2500. Maybe I will do that, drop 50-75kcal every 2 weeks. Bench is way down, I'm gonna totally give up on that as other shyt is holding.

Had decent lift days this weekend but I'm thinking of cutting volume a little bit again, or at least changing shyt around. I'm only doing legs once a week now, thinking of just doing 2 full upper body days instead of my 3 day a week stuff. Since I'm mainly working out at night now I need some days to do cardio. Once it's warm enough to ride the motorcycle I will do some daytime workouts again, but I think I'm gonna switch to night workouts for good since I'm putting a gym in the new crib, and I could work out with wifey, AND I was working out at night for years in NYC and am just used to it. I could eat dinner WHILE I worked out :ohhh: Possibilities are endless

This shyt can be frustrating but I just need to be patient. shyt is moving.

Trying to do a 2-10 feeding window. Bout to :eat: Yesterday all I had was chicken and rice, my little intra workout drink, and then some sweet potatoes with a whey shake. Gonna ride tonight and tomorrow... I gotta catch up on that Money and Violence :whew:

Upper day today. Terrible workout. Feeling hypoglycemic. Basically only managed 2 out of all 3 sets of all my exercises, didn't even finish the workout. What I'm gonna do is, the nights before lift days, I'm gonna carb load at the end of my feeding window. Just have a big bowl of pasta.

Also that lost hour of sleep from daylight savings kind of fukked me up. I'm hoping lower day goes better tomorrow and I'm back to normal next week.

On a good note I did manage 2x5x245 on power BB bench, and I think I hit 3x5x140 on dead stop DB rows. So the strength is there, it's just a matter of the energy. It's also possible I built a tolerance for the caffeine, which is supposed to suppress hunger. Gonna go heavy on the carbs tonight, sleep a little earlier and hopefully be good to go tomorrow.

Looks like springing forward is gonna fukk me up all the time. Had a terrible workout today, the worst I can remember in a long time. Just WIPED. I was in the field at work too so I came in a little drained. Oh well. It was an upper body workout, tried to hit everything.

I think I am gonna switch back to daytime workouts again, at least for now. I thought less workouts would work but I think more frequent workouts work better. I think I'm going to drop back to 2 sets of heavy bench as well. If I'm not consistently below 210 by April I might jump on that caffeine wave too. I feel like shyt

Weighed in in the low 208s this morning. I think during the week my water consumption masks my weight, although that weight is dropping too. It's generally about 2-3 lb higher than what I'm gonna call my "dry" weight. Had leg day today, squats still holding at 275x8, SLDLs were a little weaker though.

Weighed in under 210 this morning (209.8) :leon:

Been losing pretty much exactly 1lb a week since Feb 2nd. At this pace I should be just under 200 by June, and if I want to keep going down at my goal weight (~185) by September. I don't have any trips or anything planned between now and then so I should be good to go. I'm low key enjoying the diet as well. Eating very healthy, mastering shyt like rice, etc. etc. Just enjoying food, not really feeling the need to indulge or have sugary stuff at all. I would like to maybe turn things up to 1.5lbs/week but it's probably better to go slow n steady.

Fffffffffffffffffffffffff blasted the shyt out of my legs

Sunday was leg day
Yesterday I rode 7 miles and gained 1 MPH on my average (up to ~14.5 now)
Today I walked around a half million sq ft warehouse and then did an upper body workout
Also rode the motorcycle in which is pretty physical

Might need an epsom salt bath tonight :whew:

Yesterday and today were a wash... had to fly out of town for a business thing... flight back yesterday got cancelled... ~10 hours of sleep over the last ~48 hours

Safe to say Im not going to the gym today. Gonna go to bed at like 8 tonight, let my body reset, move things around and get back into things tomorrow. Gonna do chest/arms/shoulders tomorrow, legs Saturday, full upper body Sunday, then back to my regular schedule (chest arms back) Tuesday. Curious to see my weight now. Physically I feel OK but I am just mentally foggy as hell and don't want to risk it.

Back on my shhhhhhhhh

Hit chest arms and shoulders. Regular shyt. I need to be more consistent with the exercises I choose. Or maybe not? Havent done incline curls in a few weeks and my strength on them is way down. Regular curls have been holding super steady through the whole cut.

Been thinking about what I'm gonna do when I get back into bulking mode. Been reading a lot about really high frequency programs. People hitting bench and squats every day for like 2 working sets. Key is to find out the volume u can manage and spread it out as far as possible. I do 15 sets of bench variations weekly over 3 sessions.... thinking to maybe drop that back to 14 and just do 2 sets per day. This is what a lot of pro powerlifters and other strength athletes do. Could generate legit gains, just have to manage it right and not get greedy. I have to finish my cut though

Weighed in at 207.4 yesterday and today in the morning. That's my "dry" weekend weight though. Weekdays when I'm fully hydrated I'm about 2.5 lbs heavier.

Back to lifting in the afternoons and no out of state trips this week so I'm gonna turn up on cardio a little bit this week.

Debating whether to jump on a light EC stack :lupe: Found out my resting heart rate is like 54 BPM so I think I am healthy enough to do that. I just have to keep it light and keep it away from my sleep. I'm down 8lbs now but I was supposed to be down damn near double that by now. shyt was slow going in the beginning though. I think now my diet is fully dialed in, and I'm not even really fully utilizing cardio yet. I'm gonna see what April and May look like. I should be down in the high 190s by then. If not then I will try some "help"

Hit upper body today. Mayne I dont know what it is but my bench is falling way the hell off while everything else is holding. I'm damn near ready to :camby: bench since trying to hold on to it seems like a waste of time. The weirdest thing is tricep shyt- close grip bench and cable pushdowns- are both still holding, so it's either a problem with my chest specifically, or maybe my lifting order. Because I feel a lot stronger towards the middle/end. I'm not changing anything about my workout until this cut is done though so I will have to experiment later. It's just fukking weird that my bench is down more than my squat on a per lb basis.

I am also hoping my neutral grip bar for the home gym will help with benching. I'm OK with BB press but neutral grip on DB press feels so much better.

Little ride today. I'm getting faster and my stamina is getting better. Damn near hit 15 MPH average and I was bolting at the end :whew: When I started at the end of February I was averaging a little over 13. And this is all in a deficit :leon:

Im feeling like summertime I will be a fukking rocket. Which will be great as the house we are hopefully moving into is very bike friendly. Gonna try and hit 30 miles total this week, I did 8 tonight.

I think I may have bit off a lil more than I could chew last night. Hungry as fukk right now, which is not a good sign. Also thinking about doing a little calorie backloading. Eating bigger in the 24 hours leading up to a workout and then falling back + doing cardio after. I did that before on a previous cut but I took the shyt too far... I was eating ~1300kcal on my low days :whoa: Goal calories are ~2200 at the moment so I'm figuring bouncing between 2000-2500 net will be enough. Like I said riding nets me about 50 calories burned per mile and I am getting to where I will be able to do 10 miles in a session if I pace myself so I guess that will be enough.
