Damn, weighed in at 207.6 this morning. Admittedly something dont feel right in my GI tract :unsure: but thats like a 2lb drop on my wet weight. I might be able to dip under 205 dry by April :lupe:

Bruhs my bench is :snooze: Every couple of months I just need a full deload and cant fukking bench for shyt. Everything else stays up though. I will just do like 1-2 sets of BB bench or maybe even switch to all DB bench for a little bit.

I love IIFYM math :ahh:

Daily goal today was ~2200 kcal. Had my rice n chicken for lunch, that was like 1000-1100. Had a sweet potato mashed up with butter, that was like ~450. Rode my bike for 8 miles, back to 1000-1100. Just killed a sleeve of graham crackers and milk, 700 more, back up to 1700-1800. Then I still have to have my whey shake.... ~400-450, 2250 max :blessed:

Pretty indulgent day I must say and I still hit my targets, and I feel pretty good too after my ride. shyt's moving. Got chest/arms/back tomorrow for lunch.

Weight is stalled around mid 207s dry. Feeling a little under the weather but performance in the gym is fine. Hopefully moving next weekend so cardio will probably not be good next week either. But once we are in the new spot I will def be back on my grizzly.

Been really thinking about what I want from this home gym and how I'm gonna use it. I wish I could do cardio during my lunch break and work at home. I may start doing that... bringing my bike in my car, doing a ride and taking a shower at work. Then lifting at home. We'll see. In any case it will be a while before I go whole hog. I think I will just get a squat rack for now and some shyt for wifey. Prob get another bike roller so we can train together when we can't ride outside. It's gonna be nice if shyt works out.

Went for my dry weigh in today. First weight, 207 flat. Take a piss, new weight, 206.4 :heh:

We still grindin tho. If I can get under 200 by May I will be happy. Shouldn't be a problem if I can get my cardio on. I only rode 1 day this week cause I'm packing for this move. This week overall wasn't that great diet wise either, had mainly 2400kcal days. I figure if I can eat 2500kcal/day and get in 200-300kcal of cardio (~5-6 miles or like ~20-25 minutes of riding daily) I should be OK. I will give it a try this week and see how I do.

Had a pretty good upper body party day yesterday. Hit everything the way I wanted to and bench is even creeping its way back up. Got legs today. I think I might try to go back up to 275 again. I feel pretty good.

Did legs. Squats are kind of in decline. Debating. It's been 2 months and I've made decent progress. I was originally planning to do a 2 week refeed around this time, but aside from bench and squat I feel pretty good. I think I might hold off until the beginning of May to do an extended refeed. I may just go for one week or like 10 days instead of two full weeks. No big deal in the grand scheme of things but Id rather spend less time cutting if I can.

Also debating when to stop. If this shyt takes off 5lbs from my major lifts every month I will be back to damn near noob weight in September. I guess I will get a lot of that back once I bring the calories back online, but that will be pretty demoralizing.

Finally I'm also thinking about getting a belt. I want to get into standing military pressing, but it's kind of killing my back with bytch ass ~105-115 lbs on the bar. Also gonna need more core support for squats and shyt as I lose more body fat. I can feel it already. If a good belt does for my back what sleeves did for my knees :blessed: No sense not protecting myself, especially now as I get older.

This cut is teaching me a lot about meal timing. The only thing that matters for me is getting a good amount of calories in about an hour before my workout. I used to think I needed another ~1000kcal after my workouts... all I really need is a shake. After that I can go another few hours before my next meal. shyt at work some days I just have lunch the whole day. I think I made too much of a big deal of getting a constant stream of calories, and my body/blood sugar was used to that. But now I'm kinda like :manny:

Legs are still beat from Sunday :why:

Tried to do a ride last night... skruggled through a very slow 6 miles. Just was not feeling it. Gonna try again tonight, might just do like 4 very light miles, and then do legs tomorrow. I think only doing legs once a week was not the move, even though I am cutting. My left quads are still definitely weaker than my right so maybe I will take tomorrow to do some isolateral volume work instead of squats. When I get back in a surplus I will do squats AND isolateral stuff on both leg days.

Back is still kinda tweaked from that damn standing shoulder press. I think I will switch back to seated DB/BB press depending on what's convenient at the gym I'm at. Just keep the weight even between both, or keep DB press no more than like 10lb behind BB press.

I have chest/arms/back today for lunch. Feeling decent. Hope it goes OK.

Had a different leg day today. Just blasted my legs with isometric leg press and then did SLDLs and calf machine thingies. Felt pretty good.

That separation between my upper arm muscles and shoulders is starting to come in :mjcry: shyt is moving. Gonna try and ride a little bit tonight, I think that is helping.

Chest arms shoulders. I tore through that motherfukker like a god damn animal!!!!!!! Hit damn near 3x9x205 on bench so that feels like it's about back. Switched to DB shoulder press, hit 3x10x55/side on that easy, I could def do 60 on that... I was breaking my back trying to hit like 105 on standing military BB press :camby: Just felt great today. I do think I prefer the gym by my apt to the one by my job for some reason. O well

Closed on the house today :myman: Time to start building the lab

Im calling this weekend a "deload refeed". Moving into the new crib is the priority.

Branch of my home gym is basically down the block :blessed: Still gonna put together a home gym situation. If I can get plates for cheap I should be able to get everything for under $1500.

Unrelated note, ON Pro Complex Double Chocolate is godly. Had some laying around since I am out of my True Nutrition shyt... high key thinking about switching back since TN got rid of their basic chocolate flavor. If this choco peanut butter flavor doesn't work I will work with that Pro Complex shyt.

Moving into this new crib kicked my ASS :damn:

My legs and feet STILL hurt :damn:

And my WET weigh in all weekend has been about 204.6 :damn:

Allergies have been kicking my ass too, but I didn't stray too much from my diet. Friday was on point. Saturday.... :guilty: I hit my protein requirements I think, but mite have gone over on fat with that full rack of ribs :ohlawd: Yesterday only deviation was Waffle House for breakfast, but again, I must have walked up and down my apt stairs like 20 times. My legs are RAW. Prob not going to do legs until next weekend.

This home gym situation is looking pretty strong. I will prob make a separate thread

Had an OK day yesterday. Bench is still falling but pretty much everything else is holding or even a little up. Allergies still kicking my ass. Switching my meals up this week. Yesterday I just had a smallish meal for my preworkout. Maybe 600-700kcal? Then my shake and then I had my chicken and rice for dinner (I forgot it at home). Workout went great so I think I might stick with that. It's faster and easier for me to have a small sandwich or something than that big ass meal. I just need to figure out different sandwiches to have.

Weighed in 205.6 this morning.

Legs yesterday. Gotta take a full break from deads. Back was hurting from the move. Strangely, hitting 3x8x275 on squats didn't feel bad at all, which was up 10lb from last week. I blazed through that, though the last few reps on the last set were grinders. SLDLs nuked my back though. Damn near feels like a herniated disc or something. Just gonna fall back to bytch ass ham curls for a few weeks. If squats feel weird I will do leg press for a while as well. It really all started with the overhead pressing I did wrong. Have to brace my core more.

Branch of the gym by the new spot is no bueno. Old gym had 3 squat racks and 3 flat benches, new spot only has 1 of each. It was pretty fukking crowded too. My membership is up in like September so I'm just gonna end it there and start building the home gym now. Just waiting on a check from a client and I will put in the orders.
