 And I had a candy bar Wednesday  I have been ~250 calories over my target for the last ~3 days. I put all that shyt away; gotta get back on my sweet potato/brown rice shyt. I'm seeing a little change visibly though... chest is looking less moobish... but I still got a long way to go. I need another whoosh. I've been at 213.8 all week.

 . Also figured out I need to focus my carbs around my workout to get my energy when I need it then finish the day w/protein and veggies. shyt is kinda coming together.
