Worked out yesterday afternoon.... validated that night workouts are the wave
Morning weight is hovering between
211-212... going to ride tonight, tomorrow and maybe a little Saturday. Might do a mini refeed Saturday as well, feeling a little sluggish.
It's really weird.... bench is down, but damn near everything else is holding somewhat steady. So to a degree I'm bummed about bench, but shyt like squats and arm iso stuff are holding. So if I can get past the demoralizing mental block of my bench dropping damn near 10lbs a month
I will be OK.
