Rode tonight. Threw on that Money And Violence and rode through an episode. Them nikkas man :aicmon: :blessed: 5.5 miles :leon: Hit legs today too, went OK. Chest arms shoulders tomorrow. High key I have been slacking on shoulders, gonna go back to lateral raises with dumbbells.

Weight has been up to 213.8 the last 3 days in a row. Were the 212 days a fluke? Ride yesterday was good and I have a ton of stuff to watch now so I'm gonna turn up with that shyt. Try and do a legit half hour which will be about 6-7 miles and ~400 calories. Might just be water, who the fukk knows. shyts skressful cuh

Last two days have been mixed. Hit legs and chest/arms/shoulders last 2 days, and rode both days. Getting up to pretty much half an hour/6 miles of straight pedaling which is pretty good. I think by April I'll be able to do an hour if I keep at it.

What fukked me up was a lack of diet discipline.... bought Wheat Thins and Nilla Wafers before the storm :snoop: And I had a candy bar Wednesday :snoop: I have been ~250 calories over my target for the last ~3 days. I put all that shyt away; gotta get back on my sweet potato/brown rice shyt. I'm seeing a little change visibly though... chest is looking less moobish... but I still got a long way to go. I need another whoosh. I've been at 213.8 all week.

Back down to 212.0

I think Im gonna trade some protein for carbs. Also thinking about making Saturday a free/refeed day. Gonna go a lot harder with veggies for carbs as well. Cant afford empty carbs now. Still hoping to whoosh under 210 before March but we'll see.

Actually sat down yesterday and mapped out my macros. 225/275/45 PCF. I must have been getting like 400g of carbs during maintenance. So luxurious :mjcry:

Taking full control of my diet. Gonna try and make/cook ~95% of my meals. Probably just ease up on Saturdays and make up the difference on that with biking. That biking every day shyt was a pipe dream but 2-3 days a week is def manageable and will give me some freedom.

Mirror dont lie though, I can def see progress even when the scale was lying. I weighed in at like 213+ earlier this morning, no dumps :dahell:. Also figured out I need to focus my carbs around my workout to get my energy when I need it then finish the day w/protein and veggies. shyt is kinda coming together.

I think I gotta keep the workouts shorter. Can only do 2 upper workouts this week... hit everything and was wiped by like the 4th superset pair. Compounds are also starting to dip which I'm not crazy about, but iso moves are holding steady. I think I will just stick to doing 6 movements every workout. Also slacking on shoulders... just going to hold on to what I have for now but that's def gonna be a focus once this shyt is over.

Accidentally underate yesterday by about 500kcal. Doesnt explain why my workout was shyt but gives me some room to "refeed" before legs today. What I did learn yesterday is I am pretty much used to going to bed hungry now, but that is probably not good for working out. So Im thinking of running IF again, loading up with most of my carbs when I open the window and then finishing with mainly protein and veggies. I just hope my lifts don't start taking a nosedive. I haven't lost enough weight to warrant that 2 week refeed IMO.

Been a weird fukking day. Was feeling like shyt all day from the missed calories from yesterday, and so today I decided not to lift at work and wait till I got home. I got home, killed about 1/3 a box of Nilla wafers and had a GREAT leg session. Im thinking about making 2 changes. First change is maybe just do legs once a week instead of twice like I was in a surplus. I half assed a leg session at the shytty apartment gym with my wife Saturday so I didn't really do much besides SLDLs. My left knee was bothering me but with that time off it feels better now. Other thing I'm thinking is to lift at night. Only thing that's tough about that is I go to the gym with wifey at night, and I also used to do cardio at night. Now with legs only once a week I would be going 4 nights, but wifey goes 3 and we go to different gyms. I will figure it out

Leg day went pretty well considering the circumstances. Sleep has been shyt lately so I was out of it. Switched it up a little bit tho. Had like 1300kcal before I went in to break my fast. Felt pretty good. Hit what I needed to hit... actually did more on SLDLs. Then got the fukk outta there. I think if I do my lifting at night and hold off breaking the fast till like 2-3PM I will be able to manage. Only problem with breaking the fast late is I think my weight drops a good bit during the day. Like today I woke up at 8 and weighed 211 or so. Then by 2 I "lost" 2 lbs. But the minimum weight is my true baseline IMO. W/e. Making progress. Just hope my upper body lifts go back up when I switch back to lifting at night. Also might stop doing supersets since I have the time at night to stay a little longer and just do sets individually.

Worked out yesterday afternoon.... validated that night workouts are the wave :snoop:

Morning weight is hovering between 211-212... going to ride tonight, tomorrow and maybe a little Saturday. Might do a mini refeed Saturday as well, feeling a little sluggish.

It's really weird.... bench is down, but damn near everything else is holding somewhat steady. So to a degree I'm bummed about bench, but shyt like squats and arm iso stuff are holding. So if I can get past the demoralizing mental block of my bench dropping damn near 10lbs a month :sadcam: I will be OK.
