Kinda tweaked my left knee on squats yesterday. Got distracted for like 2 reps but they were the LAST 2 reps of my LAST set. Left knee buckled a little bit. Hurt a little on my ride last night, but it feels better this morning. Got up to 4.25 miles on the bike last night but they were slow. To be fair though I had like half a beer before I rode... game was too close mon
