How can you NOT love this squad? :heh:

Also....I don't remember if it was CJG or Landon, but somebody brought up the t-shirts the Chiefs had on during the parade last time we faced them. They were the shirts which said "zero sacks" and "zero sacks...put it on a fukking t-shirt".

Somebody said the Eagles should make shirts that say "6 sacks, zero blitzes".

Well off to the Offseason we go. Eagles will open the Season on Thursday September 4th in 7 months for the Banner drop and opening day. Offense seems to be locked up but our Defense Howie will have to make some deals. Obviously he's going to have to break the bank for Baun, he's earned it. As for next season, now you have Lions players talking about "We want to go to Philly opening night so they can see us when our Defense is healthy".

Then you got Commanders fans screaming, "We want Philly week one" to make up for that 55 points Belt to A$$. Watch it be someone like the Bears or Raiders, lol. It don't matter, we winning that game when the Banner drop. Anyways here's our up and coming schedule for next year and I expect no less than 5 Primetime Games. Don't be shocked if we play Dallas on Thanksgiving too:

HOME: Giants, Cowboys, Commanders, Bears, Lions, Rams, Broncos and Raiders
AWAY: Giants, Cowboys, Commanders, Chiefs, Bills, Bucs, Chargers, Vikings, Packers

This will be the 5th straight season that we've played the Chiefs, crazy but we have to go back to Arrowhead, they should had them come to Philly this year since we went there last time. Bills on the Road, Bucs again, lol. Packers as well. We are playing all the playoff teams from this season. Again I'm not scared, these teams will have to prove they can hang with the Champs. I think we have the pieces to hold serve next season.

The schedule is a joke

11 games vs playoff teams is not normal & 6 of 8 games on the road vs playoff teams

The prob isn't whether we are better than each team, it's more a matter of the accumulation of each game...the compounding of tough games

If we win 12 with that schedule, that's a good season...if we win 13 or 14 with that schedule, that's an excellent season

Well they gave us a gauntlet this year putting all of our Road games including a Brazil trip at the 1st half of the season. We survived that and then litterally spend two months in Philadelphia all the way to the Super Bowl. It going to depend on where our Bye week is and how these games are positioned. Also remember, Just because you were a playoff team last year doesn't mean you will be one the next year. Every year is different some teams return and some don't. We were a Wild Card team getting 9-7 record after our last Super Bowl Win. That team was a dropped alshon catch from another NFC Title Game appearance.

Sure the Bills, Ravens, Chiefs, Us etc will probably get the nod as locks but it's not going to be easy to repeat or do with the Patriots and Chiefs have done. Howie will have to work his magic even in this offseason. With that said, the Eagles have gone to two Super Bowls in 3 years. Could seriously have had 2 rings right now and Jalen with two Super Bowl MVP's. Last year they started 10-1. This team is very young so I think it's possible. The last three years are 16-4, 11-7, 18-3. That's 45 wins and 14 losses. With that said defending a title is very hard and only a few NFL teams have even done it.

We need to hit in the draft again bc we need depth and future starters

Depth got us through this past season...we needed all contributions from guys like Rodgers, Hunt, Steen, Fred Johnson, etc...

We will likely need to invest in the trenches again this draft...we need an Edge and DT (if we stand to lose Milt)

I love my peoples....

The exact thing I wanted and expected to see. I'd rather join them than goto the parade, that's peak enjoyment right there.

I've watched this play more than any other play from the game. It's been what's hyped me up as I started packing to move back to the bay hours after the win.

I have 18 pages to read in this thread and hellllllla videos to watch. Glad we decided to drive, this gunna be a fun ass road trip.
