But my cousin just sent me a video of him on the bus. Whole bus singing dreams and nightmares in unison I really used to pray for times like this.

We were posted up right near the roundabout to the museum.

It was ALMOST a Travis Scott type situation because we were all so packed into that area that NO foot traffic could move for about five minutes....so people got pissed and started PUSHING. Fortunately the cops finally moved the gate and it alleviated the issue. But for about two minutes there, shyt got ugly.

That was the ONLY blip on the radar....the only time there was ANY tension. Otherwise, people were just partying and 99% of the people I ran into were jovial and in a great mood. People making videos together yet don't know each other from Adam. It's mad people of all races, ages and types in my phone on videos, singing, chanting....shyt was like a big ass family reunion. We were walking down Juniper before the parade and a damn cha-cha slide session broke out with about 400 people

But back to the parade....Diamond Cutz was spinnin and played "Blow the Whistle" and the response was.....kinda MUTED, to be honest. I was surprised, actually, I thought people would go nuts when it came on....

....but as SOON as that first bus with Saquon rounded that corner, Diamond threw on "Dreams and Nightmares".... The crowd EXPLODED.

You've never seen "lit" until you saw that scene. EVERYBODY rapping along, and I mean EVERBODY...even the damn police was jumpin into people's videos...nikka I ain't never seen middle-aged ITALIAN white men SCREAMING at the top of their lungs "HOL' UP WAITAMINUTE...Y'ALL THOUGHT I WAS FINISHED?" It was DEAFENING....and THEN they popped the confetti cannons over the entire section right at that moment, that shyt felt like New Year's Eve, nikka, like WE just won the title.

It was an exceptional day.

I had the WHOLE STREET in front of Green Eggs on Locust singing that this morning, some white dude in line behind us had one of them JVC speaker joints and was blasting it.
Cars driving by honking, and some dude rolled his window down to start singing with us.
