How can we say he doesn’t like to throw in tight windows if he has the highest completion % over expectations in tight windows in back to back years?
Kellen Moore has been advertised as a boy genius and he’s anything but
... it makes perfect sense that he'd have the best completion % over expected because he barely ever throws into tight windows except when he has a ton of confidence in the match up.
As opposed to other QBs who can throw into tight windows because they trust their arm.
Hurts is not an accurate thrower. He is not an anticipation thrower.
I for one think he probably shouldn't try to be. Last year and the first few games this year we saw Hurts trying to live his fantasy of having a good arm and good decision making.
Everyone rioted and said just be a game manager. Thats what he should do.
Mostly I just want to see him:
run play action under center, preferably a bootleg
not hold the ball for 8 seconds thats not game management
This offseason I'd like to see him figure out how to see the middle of the field, throw darts, throw guys open
