These ATT dikkheads at the store around my way would not exchange my phone because I got a big discount on it and bought it out (no contract)...

These idiots said to me I have to pay full price or they can't process the exchange...

Legit looked at him like are you fukking retarded my nikka?...the phone was recalled...do you know what that means?

Son kept asking me how I got such a large discount and I flat out told him what does that matter...why are we talking about money? I'm here to exchange my recalled phone...It was purchased from ATT, you have the fukking invoice in your hands...exchange the phone...

Still refused with the same can't process the exchange story so I'm like fukk it, wanna know how I got such a large discount little nikka?

Called up corporate and blew his ass up...

Soon as I told my senior rep on the phone she hit me with "what? you not supposed to walk out the store with that phone still on you and we're supposed to pay you $25"...she called the store and had a three way with that idiot store manager and his superior over at corporate...

My rep put a note in my account to process the exchange no questions asked and I will get it done tomorrow...

I would have been like when she was chewing these fools over the phone up...

He was lucky I had to leave to go pick up my son from practice...Didn't anticipate being stuck there for an hour arguing with these idiots...Would of made the call right infront of him and put it on speaker so everybody could hear...

He got his ass lit up though according to my sales rep...She got his superior on the line to scold the fool...

Anyways my bombs been turned in brehs...Had it done this morning with no issues...Took about half an hour, got a $25 credit on my bill and they told me Samsung giving everybody 256gb sd cards...Just have to register the device on their site...

When I purchased the phone last month at Best Buy, they were giving out 256gb sd cards. You get some kind of email confirmation from Samsung after registering stating that you're getting the card? I wouldn't mind an extra one

What service do you have?! T-mobile, Att?!!? This is one of the main reasons I buy unlocked phones when I have a decent sim card. Replacements are better than nothing.

I have Sprint. I'm on the iPhone 7 right now. I didn't need a loaner so I didn't take one.

I got the regular iPhone 7 128gig now and I still got a plus I ordered that's a 32gig. Debating if I'm going to the plus...not sure 32gigs is enough for me even though I never reached 64gig

I have Sprint. I'm on the iPhone 7 right now. I didn't need a loaner so I didn't take one.

I left sprint they was gouging me like $90 a month on some bullshyt....

Went to T-mobile got me a line with them, pay $70 went out and brought an unlocked phone. best idea ever... I have backups whenever I need it. I dont rely on paying any other fees tacked onto my bill...

went to trade mine in at best buy yesterday . ..instead of just doing an exchange he said they had to do a upgrade reversal via AT&T on the phone...basically refund me the sales tax I paid and make it like I never had the note 7, then sell me the new one... the best buy rep two then says it'll take 24 hours for it to reflect in the system and to come back tomorrow . ..i said fukk that, went to the AT&T store down the street, got it swapped out no problems...AND best buy removed my installments during the reversal...sooo I got my phone for free
