There was this Black girl in a red outfit just walking around me in a circle..not sure if she was checking me out or just frustrated but she was real close to me and it came off like she had walked in with me with how she was standing...lol. Yeah..real easy. Less than 10 minutes...asked me for what color I wanted and that was that. Now I'm back and I'm gonna activate this shyt since I told him I wasn't doing that goofy shyt in the store.

This whole experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I still can't believe I walked in a store where a product is under a government recall and was told no. I now have no idea when I can exchange this phone. I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs and shyt.

I'm likely never going to buy a phone from Best Buy again. Next time Samsung puts out a phone I'll wait at least a month before I purchase.

Got my green battery update....just finished. So I got a new version and no refurb set up. Hilarioius.

I usually wait 3-6 months.... I bought the S2 many moons ago about a week after release... it went down as one of the greatest phones ever made and the best Samsung phones produced until the S7....

No more pre-ordered phones for me either. Not worth the trouble. I'll wait until holiday season when the best deals usually come.

What do you mean you can't afford to stop using it?

Exchanging it doesnt cost you anything...30 minutes downtime for the transfer depending on how many apps you have installed...

Where did you buy it?

I bought it at my local Sprint store. Sprint IS NOT issuing loaner phones until Samsung replaces these defective Note 7 phones. At this point, Sprint has already got me and I'm fukked for the next 22 months. I could return the phone and get something else, but I don't want any other phone on the market right now... I don't want a fukking IPhone, I don't want an HTC, I don't want an LG.... I don't want an S7 or S7 Edge nor do I want a Note 5! I WANT A OPERATIONALLY SAFE NOTE 7!!!

So, it's either wait for another phone, which I'll continue to do anyways or be locked into a 2 year contract where Sprint IS NOT GOING TO LET ME OUT OF MY CONTRACT JUST BECAUSE SAMSUNG MADE A shytTY PHONE THAT'S UNDER GOVERMENT RECALL. THEY ARE GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY REGARDLESS AND I'LL JUST HAVE A PHONE I DON'T WANT OR NO PHONE AT ALL!

and Sprint charged me for the entire month of August, even though the phone wasn't released until the 19th.....

Sitting outside this Best Buy for part 2 of their fukkery. I bet I don't walk out with a replacement phone today either.
