I walked into T Mobile like 1 and a half hour ago with the S7 Edge and the accessories and the receipt. One counter had like 6 people at it and the other Arabian looking dude said Welcome to T Mobile and asked me why I was there. To trade out for the Note 7..he refunded the initial S7 thing.....asked me for my DL and debit card. Less than 10 minutes later..I was out. There was this Black girl in a red outfit just walking around me in a circle..not sure if she was checking me out or just frustrated but she was real close to me and it came off like she had walked in with me with how she was standing...lol. Yeah..real easy. Less than 10 minutes...asked me for what color I wanted and that was that. Now I'm back and I'm gonna activate this shyt since I told him I wasn't doing that goofy shyt in the store.

My device is affected....
I can't afford to stop using it. Most times, I keep it in a low battery state and I rarely keep it in my hand or pocket, so that willl have to do for now....
If it blows up on me... I get paid.
This whole experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I still can't believe I walked in a store where a product is under a government recall and was told no. I now have no idea when I can exchange this phone. I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs and shyt.My local Sprint store still has no replacements.... it's becoming a hassle even though my OG works fine.

I'm likely never going to buy a phone from Best Buy again. Next time Samsung puts out a phone I'll wait at least a month before I purchase.
What do you mean you can't afford to stop using it?@Supreme

Exchanging it doesnt cost you anything...30 minutes downtime for the transfer depending on how many apps you have installed...
Where did you buy it?
