This is the same problem with the Zimmerman prosecution. They overcharged and missed the standard of evidence.

Its very simple. This case is open and shut.
If you want to delve deeper into this the cops mind in an effort to find some overarching rationalization as to why he pumped 8 shots in the back of a unarmed man running on a child support warrant, that's on you.
None of that deals with the law tho. No one forced him to fire 8 times at the back of an unarmed human being. No one pulled that trigger but the cop. He was outside the guidelines of his job and was arrested and charged with murder.

He lost his temper and reacted BADLY... just like how most murders go down.
