Scott flenched noticeably to the first few shots the cop hit him with. The cop saw this and was not satisfied. He wanted to not only injure this man, he wanted to PUT HIM DOWN for daring to run from Mr. Super Cop.

So Mr. Super Cop fired more and more, till the fleeing man was on the ground.

Very sad. Very disgusting. And more importantly, very guilty.

My argument is that all the time that should have been spent focused on the victims, always gets used to a debate over Al Sharpton. At that point, Sharpton is of no use to any cause he's associated with.
AGAIN, provide a case that supports your argument. You are repeating the same shyt with evidence
You are following the media deflection attempt and trying to present it as your personal views

Not guilty of 1st degree murder. Maybe 3rd. Or even manslaughter.

Cops have authorization to use force to stop suspects from fleeing, though not unilaterally. All it takes is a reinterpretation that he thought someone who has proven themselves worthy of fleeing continuing to run and fighting the cop as needing to be "stopped." He could say he thought the Scott had something on him and that'd be that.

Fam, during the Eric Garner case, all the media talked about was Al sharptons involvement and corruption...Not Eric Garner

Hell, once Sharpton gets involved, its harder to pick unbiased jurors because they hate Sharpton so much

Do you love this nikka or what? :what:

officers don't shoot to injure, they shoot to kill, so you're correct, he wanted to put him down.

Members of law enforcement are legally permitted to use deadly force when they have probable cause to believe that a suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm either to the officer or to others. In such cases, most officers are trained to shoot at a target's center mass, where there is a higher concentration of vital areas and major blood vessels, according to a report by the Force Science Institute, a research center that examines deadly force encounters.

John Firman, director of research, programs, and professional services at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, said that shooting at a limb is impractical. Aiming at an arms or legs, which move fast, could result in a misfire that fails to neutralize the threat and may even hit the wrong person, he said. "The likelihood of success is low."

"That's a Hollywood myth," Firman told The Huffington Post when asked why police officers don't tend to shoot people in the limbs. "In all policy everywhere on force in any law enforcement agency in America, the bottom line statement should read: If you feel sufficiently threatened or if lives are threatened and you feel the need that you must use lethal force, then you must take out the suspect."

nikka! :mindblown:
I cannot even understand why THIS HAS to be Black people's FLAGSHIP CASE to exemplify police brutality and racism. :snoop: This is EMBARRASSING. YES, the cop should be jailed, but at the same time WE SEE he was in the wrong FROM THE JUMP really.

Why don't we have any Black intellectuals WITH A VOICE (I know of ONE  but all blk ppl do is attack that one) who can LEARN FROM PAST legal procedures! It's like we do the same stupid fukkING shyt and expect a favorable result. :stopitslime:
This is one of the reasons I'm starting to just leave The Coli alone on serious topics.

Dude don't understand the law or nuance of complex cases

If you don't realize that they have OVERCHARGED this officer with 1st-Degree Murder then you are a fukkING IDIOT. They need to LESSEN the charges to PLANTING EVIDENCE, MANSLAUGHTER, and DISCHARGING HIS GUN or some other shyt like that , but NOT 1st-Degree MURDER.

Black people, STOP BEING STUPID! Jesus FUKKING Christ! :snoop:
since you wrote it in red and large fonts and called people stupid, I'm gonna assume you know what you are talking about
your tone is definitely authoritative
