Crazy how people start bringing up all these reasons he's going to get "off"........like they forgot the part where the cop shot an unarmed man running away.........

All the c00ns have come out. It's like just because the dash cam shows him in the act of running (which we already knew) that some how that exonerates that bytch ass officer. Then we still got people asking why did he run? Duh! Why do most all people run? because they are afraid or don't want to go to jail.

For all those who don't quite get it yet:

Fleeing the police does not give them ample reason to shoot you. As an American citizen you have a constitutional right to go before a judge and jury and let them decide your guilt/innocence. Even then it is not a crime punishable by death.

I want yall to realize how hard history goes in this country

from the end of slavery to around 1944 I believe, only ONE white man was ever convicted during all those lynching. Remember that.

Seems like the cop was trying to chase him and taze him. The guy who recorded the shooting said that he thought that it looked like he was trying to get away from the tazer and I am likely to believe that as well.....he was trying to avoid getting tazed. Plus, the officer can be heard shouting "Tazer! Tazer! Tazer!".

I was one of those people that said he was getting off. Excuse us for going by past cases that has shown that the cops do get off.

Seems like the cop was trying to chase him and taze him. The guy who recorded the shooting said that he thought that it looked like he was trying to get away from the tazer and I am likely to believe that as well.....he was trying to avoid getting tazed. How easy would it have been to restrain a person who is intent on trying to get away? Also, you don't know if the suspect has a knife or gun on his person because he wasn't searched. I agree that the tazer would have been an appropriate non lethal response to a fleeing subject. It's not like once you caught up with him he was going to willfully submit.

I used to watch that show COPS ( don't judge me brehs) and 9/10 times whenever there was a chase, the perp would get tired and then get caught. Usually the cops are somewhat physically fit, and when the guy is caught he is exhausted from the chase and willing to comply.

What we saw, was a straight up assassination. There is no justification for putting 8 bullets into a man's back as he is running away.

That's why I believe they need to stop letting average people become police officers. I believe in that situation, with all the tools he had at his disposal there is no excuse on why he couldn't restrain a 50 year old man
