I think all these 3 are forgettable and uncharismatic, a disturbing trend with todays generation of actors however there is a name there that sticks out.As overated as gosing is and as vanilla as the jew is they are far superior to tatum

I think gosling is decent but I have no idea why people bring up this scene.
He did absolutely nothing special acting wise. Wow he talked to a doll. Not impressive at all .

I don't even think he's bad actor. Pick any climactic scene from blue valentine or notebook and it's better than that overrated scene people in film school think is so great
that was not a difficult scene at all...the most difficult thing to do is to accurately portray fear and obviously get yourself to the brink of crying but not to the point where you can't speak ...and of course most people who try acting on an amateur level don't have good timing to the point where it sounds genuine but being natural is the first talent that is mandatory then you focus on conjuring up emotion when you need it and then when those are mastered ability for different character creations to complete an all around good thespian not all famous actors can do the last one but most have to be able to do the first 2 to be paid serious money on major films
