It seems reasonable on paper but Russia has never upheld a deal lol. This is the 3rd time they’ve tried Ukraine in the last hundred years, alone. Putin helped plan the “cleansing” operations in Chechnya after compromises like this.
He strips the Armies then unofficially annexes the countries as zombie states that produce for Russia. Georgia is a recent example. If a country displays any form of true independence there’s a good chance Russia will come back, start indiscriminately killing military aged males, gang raping daughters in front of their fathers, and skeet shooting babies again.
I wouldn’t accept the offer. It would be one thing if NATO was actually the cause but he’s been trying to annex that country and it’s resources for quite a while.
