Unfortunately, as someone that's seen numerous people shot, there's often a lot less blood than you would imagine. Blood rarely splatters all over the place when people get shot up.

Lack of visible blood in this video is not evidence that it's fake. They're also wearing dark clothing and most of the blood/exit wounds would be between them and the seats, which isn't able to be seen from the camera angle here

just a thought on the lack of blood - if you die fast, your heart stops pumping and the only force on your blood will be gravity. also, wound channels can close up, which is one of the reason special bullets like hollowpoints, black talons, dumdums, and RIP are favored in "defense" or "carry" rounds - you make a big jagged wound channel that cant close itself. these people are most likely using full metal jacket rifle rounds that go through clean or just break in to a few pieces, and the people probably die very fast since they are hit multiple times
