Seems like now that they messed up their blitzkrieg, Russia is back to scorched earth tactics. We may see similar outcomes to Aleppo or Ghrozny with some cities that are currently being sieged. Kharkiv and Mariupol seem to have a heavy civilian toll already.

ukraine is not a wealthy country but they will be pumped by western money and be equally or more dominant than the russians in that region
