nah he's wrong. It's Russia that is losing irreplaceable men and weapons, they aren't getting weaker but they have 100 percent of available forces in Ukraine, so there are no replacements and no reserves for men or equipment

Ukraine still has reserves they haven't used, plus their army is growing every day from volunteers and they have a blank check for any weapon

That's 100% of the forces they deployed to Ukraine are now inside of Ukraine. Technically, they could deploy additional forces from within Russia.
