I saw a video where Putin and Shoigu (Head of Russian Ministry of Defense) were at some event and Shoigu tried to talk to Putin and he didn't event recognize his presence.Either he getting too big for his britches or Putin using him to cull the military leaders he not feeling.... either position points to weakness in leadership
