This is why these fukkboys don't want the shyt taught in JHS or HS. Because if you let kids know just how fukked up unfettered Capitalism can truly be and it's history in this country, there's no way they would actively vote for their own downfall the way ~60% of this country chooses to do, every opportunity they get.

Once a business can, the quality of the service provided will decrease as long as it doesn't interfere with the continuation of profitability. This is evident in almost any industry in this country.

Prime Example? Facebook.

Privatization is done for 2 main reasons:

1) - To reduce the amount of “regulations”.

2) - To help rich friends/associates in that industry.

Let’s look at point number one, who exactly does getting rid of these regulations benefit? Well, regulations are generally put in as a response to some injustice in that field that needed to be corrected so either a law was passed or a lawsuit occurred that resulted in this new practice of safer operation for both parties involved.
For example, many of you probably remember the story a few years ago where a lady sued McDonalds for “their coffee being too hot” and burning her. In response to this, McDonalds then put the “Warning! Contents May Be Hot!” disclaimer on their cups.

So when these companies want to get rid of regulations they are trying to roll back the progress that has been made in keeping consumers safe so that they can cut corners and save time to try and make more profits.

But what about those lawsuits that happened the first time around?

Well that’s why conservatives are pushing so hard on the Supreme Court composition because the current group is extremely pro-business and they are banking on different outcomes to some of these cases if they are litigated in front of a pro-business court.

Regarding Michael Cohen's situation:

So Schwartz is arguing that 1) trump is not a party to the agreement, 2) the LLC is the party to the agreement, 3) trump didnt know about the agreement but was still a beneficiary, 4) cohen was representing trump (who didnt know about the agreement), 5) Cohen although acting as a representative for trump, PERSONALLY paid stormy., 6) trump although not being a party to the agreement is listed on the agreement, 7) the arbitration clause refers to trump and stormy. 7) Cohen delayed the payments to daniels because he couldnt get in contact with trump in the final days of the election, BUT trump still wasnt a party.
