You said an athlete can eat fast food for macros. Nobody should be eating fast food period, it's poison. But hey do u

Obviously you have to account for your fukkin micronutrients for full functionality but after that it doesn't matter what you fill the rest of your macros with as long as you're hitting whatever caloric number you're goal is. Chad Johnson eats McDonald's everyday and is still ripped. Is that ideal? No that was never my point, the comment was to show you can still look ripped on the outside but eat "whatever you want" within reason. If I was an athlete would I use my remaining 500 calories for the day on candy instead of a big bowl of fruit? Naw I wouldn't but that was never my point.

The fast food argument was explaining that a calorie is a calorie. Tell me where I said all calories are created equal in terms of health. Dont argue with me if you dont understand calories in vs calories out

Coming in and being lighter than he’s been in the past — we always made fun of him, sometimes, how he looked a little chubby,” Baldwin said. “Comes with old age.”

After going through so many injuries last season, it’s reasonable that he’s healthier. But as seems to be the fashion these days, a new conditioning regimen and a personal trainer has been added to the mix, and the results have been evident to those around him.

“He’s a professional. I can’t talk highly enough about the way that he prepares himself and the things that he does to get himself ready day in and day out, season in and season out,” Baldwin said. “He’s just a consummate pro. It’s no different this year.

“He’s done a great job coming into this camp, I think, more prepared I think than he has been in the past.”

I don't know...

as previously stated, he definitely burns calories at an extremely high rate but on the flip side 5000 seems kind of high for wanting to drop pounds.

Its definitely doable. No one in here knows his workout routine(s) and how many calories he's expending. When you're at that stage and have all the tools, specialists, nutritionists, trainers, dietitians and supplements at your disposal its pretty structured.

5000 calories is easy. Especially with a sustained appetite...there are a lot of supplements that sustains appetites for those purposes

He burns like 1800-2000 calories just sitting in bed all day at his size. Hes an elite athlete in a sport that is demanding cardiovascular wise. It makes sense.

you mean he burns 2000 calories when he's gutting cierra like a fish every night

Eggs are only 70calories per large egg. Diet staple for anyone that ain't in some vegan ish. Chicken breast in a bag is only 120 or so calories. Just measure out condiments & stick to mustard.

1/2 a large pepperoni pizza is only 1000 calories any chain spot. And I usually walk 5 miles any day. 1hr to the subway each way.

I'm just saying dude can burn serious calories as a basic 1mile walking burns almost 100 calories for 185lbs man.
