Running before heavy lifting. What's the consensus

Some nikkas hit the weights on a empty stomach. When I started working out I would get a 10-15 jog in. If you got the energy go for it. Tried running afterwards? :yeshrug:

I have tried running after lifting but by the time I"m done with the weights I slack it off and push it to the next day and never end up running, that's why I rather Knock it up before lifting, bc I'm move motivated to lift than run anyway

Same problem I have...Used to do 3 miles easy :whew: now im doing struggle numbers :why:
