I just ran 25 mn before doing my back workouts. I plan of running for bout half an hour before every workouts. What's the thought.
Some nikkas hit the weights on a empty stomach. When I started working out I would get a 10-15 jog in. If you got the energy go for it. Tried running afterwards?
I have tried running after lifting but by the time I"m done with the weights I slack it off and push it to the next day and never end up running, that's why I rather Knock it up before lifting, bc I'm move motivated to lift than run anyway
