Not all whites are racist. Some whites do well in the United States, not all whites believe in racism, but in a dire situation or when they are dominated, you will hear whites talk about being white just for sake of being white. Worldwide, elitist of varies colors, rule, but the constituents who make them rule, could be anybody.

4. Look for Black people you can use to advance your cause. Most
Black people identify with their oppressors.

Very sad and telling to identify with someone who victimized you and wanting their warrantless acceptance. There is a fine line because not all whites are racist so if they working with you/hanging out with you/etc gotta cut them some slack, but do know based on how united states is, there might some racial tension/false superiority complex during such interactions. The have been corporations who use policies to malign some groups. So blacks identify with their "oppressors" obviously some of them are ok with being oppressed.

5. Use religion to gain the trust and confidence of Black people.
They are religiously immature and historically whenever we endorse
their God, it opens up opportunity for exploitation. They don't
think clearly under religion and have a natural inclination to care
more about others than themselves.

The bible does not say God is white. So a white jesus is blasphemy. A black person should believe their God is black.

6. Always remember that no matter what they say or do keep your
dignity in front of Black people. Never forget that you belong to
the race that rules. Never profess this, it's a sign of a
politically immature white person.

There is no justification for mistreating another group because of gender, sex, race, nationality. That is why there are national laws about that. No matter what achievements anyone has, the services and products are open to everyone. Civil rights leaders worked on the hearts and minds of others, after 400 years of enslavement, to achieve such goals. Some whites are working on themselves they see the racism more and dont accept it versus some blacks who expect to be mistreated. There whites who throw in the aights, or say, white is more, or say, why is it only white guys here, or say, why do white guys own a lot, or say, why are all the officers whites, etc...they get bothered, at the same time they are subconsciously and consciously enjoying whatever privilege it is.

7. Never invite Black people into your home unless absolutely
necessary. Always try to gain entry into their living quarters to
gauge whether they can be trusted.

Keep people outside of family and friends from your home. Dont hang out with fake whites to be accepted. Dont you remember the black guy who went to coworkers/boss house and his life ended in cold blood. The white boss went after you and you just want to be the accepted black guy?

8. If you can, always during verbal altercation with Black leaders
try to provoke an emotional reaction or use word trickery to confuse
them. If you are successful, you will cause the masses to lose faith
in them.

Black need to respect their own leadership and power structure. Seems its easier for them, to undo themselves and not respect themselves. There was a time when no one had anything. If you want sometime you have to work hard for it. A white man will never do, what a black man can do and should do for themselves unless they getting a check.

9. Always try to keep Black people fighting with each other. Once
they start, it's difficult for them to stop. Most have a desire to
destroy one another that supersedes all others once it begins.

Black have misplaced the effects of racism, bias and segregation to themselves. The enemy is who got you there. Who enslaved you? Who didn't give you jobs? Who kept you out of towns? Who put the dogs on you? Who didn't want you to vote? Those are the enemies. Racists and people with covert and overt bias. Now racism is covert. Who isnt giving you raises? Who profiles you? Who makes laws against you? etc At the same time, blacks most police their neighborhood and increase the tolerance of b and b crime to much better black determined standards.

10. If you can provide material support to Black organizations, it
will increase the awe they have for white people. You will be able
to use them as chess pieces to fulfill your agenda.

11. Never reveal this code to Black people. Without this knowledge
Black people will never see us for who we are, a unified group of
exploiters, but will assume we're divided by petty differences just

Blacks are divided because they choose to be divided and think they could be self sufficient. What blacks needs is a community of varying ideas, but a collective that they would put themselves and their identity first and they will do whatever it takes to preserve/monetize/engage/build such identity.

Its a very revealing piece that allows us to peer into the minds of the aforementioned cacs spoken of in terms of these 'rules'

In this article he reveals that most of his black friends are thought of as the equivalent of 'furniture' or a pet (my term). Most only used as a front to shield against being called a racist.

(10) Thus, while always attentive to the particular qualities of individuals, on the many occasions where you have nothing to guide you but knowledge of those mean differences, use statistical common sense:

(10a) Avoid concentrations of blacks not all known to you personally.

(10b) Stay out of heavily black neighborhoods.

(10c) If planning a trip to a beach or amusement park at some date, find out whether it is likely to be swamped with blacks on that date (neglect of that one got me the closest I have ever gotten to death by gunshot).

(10d) Do not attend events likely to draw a lot of blacks.

(10e) If you are at some public event at which the number of blacks suddenly swells, leave as quickly as possible.

(10f) Do not settle in a district or municipality run by black politicians.


(10g) Before voting for a black politician, scrutinize his/her character much more carefully than you would a white.

(10h) Do not act the Good Samaritan to blacks in apparent distress, e.g., on the highway.

(10i) If accosted by a strange black in the street, smile and say something polite but keep moving.

(11) The mean intelligence of blacks is much lower than for whites. The least intelligent ten percent of whites have IQs below 81; forty percent of blacks have IQs that low. Only one black in six is more intelligent than the average white; five whites out of six are more intelligent than the average black. These differences show in every test of general cognitive ability that anyone, of any race or nationality, has yet been able to devise. They are reflected in countless everyday situations. “Life is an IQ test.”

(12) There is a magnifying effect here, too, caused by affirmative action. In a pure meritocracy there would be very low proportions of blacks in cognitively demanding jobs. Because of affirmative action, the proportions are higher. In government work, they are very high. Thus, in those encounters with strangers that involve cognitive engagement, ceteris paribus the black stranger will be less intelligent than the white. In such encounters, therefore—for example, at a government office—you will, on average, be dealt with more competently by a white than by a black. If that hostility-based magnifying effect (paragraph 8) is also in play, you will be dealt with more politely, too. “The DMV lady“ is a statistical truth, not a myth.

(13) In that pool of forty million, there are nonetheless many intelligent and well-socialized blacks. (I’ll use IWSB as an ad hoc abbreviation.) You should consciously seek opportunities to make friends with IWSBs. In addition to the ordinary pleasures of friendship, you will gain an amulet against potentially career-destroying accusations of prejudice.

(14) Be aware, however, that there is an issue of supply and demand here. Demand comes from organizations and businesses keen to display racial propriety by employing IWSBs, especially in positions at the interface with the general public—corporate sales reps, TV news presenters, press officers for government agencies, etc.—with corresponding depletion in less visible positions. There is also strong private demand from middle- and upper-class whites for personal bonds with IWSBs, for reasons given in the previous paragraph and also (next paragraph) as status markers.

(15) Unfortunately the demand is greater than the supply, so IWSBs are something of a luxury good, like antique furniture or corporate jets: boasted of by upper-class whites and wealthy organizations, coveted by the less prosperous. To be an IWSB in present-day US society is a height of felicity rarely before attained by any group of human beings in history. Try to curb your envy: it will be taken as prejudice (see paragraph 13).
