Most often a parent that identifies as Black and one that identifies as non Black. Of course all ADOS have mixed lineage though.
Mixed in what way?
I've got like 1% Scandinavian and thats it :russ:

Rest is African ethnic groups.

Lowest states west of the Mississippi are California (which may surprise some people; same numbers as Ohio, lower than Kentucky) at roughly 1 in 4 (24%) and Nevada at roughly 1 in 5 (21%). Most the rest west of the Mississippi (excluding Texas and Louisiana) tend to hover around 1 in 3.
All the cali race traitor slander seems to not match up with reality

cacs are slick in that way they knew the confusion the one drop rule would create amongst other things....Identity politics is a sensitive topic to many and gets people riled up...

Basically given the fact that ADOS are migrating back south this means that a high percentage of Black folks born in non-southern states will be from non-ADOS stock.

This can have big implications
I mean....Atlanta, Florida and Houston are becoming bigger hubs for non-AA Black people these days.
