Metal Face
Superstar
this cac fakkit is out of his mind
It’s not an insult to say someone isn’t as big a draw as The Rock. That’s a once in a lifetime crossover superstar.
But considering who it was about and who said it…
Why doing throwing shots all of a sudden?
Let’s see if anything comes out of this.
Punk didn't originally plan for Roman to be in the Shield. He wanted Chris Hero, but the WWE threw Roman instead. He probably has some vendetta over that
Theres a chart above that shows the house show attendance with each champion. Eddie Guerrero is dead last. By what you say that means Jinder Mahal was more over than Eddie Guerrero.I mean, it was not. MITB 2011 didn't do big numbers and it certainly didn't touch Cena's run of PPV and house show main eventing in the mid to late 00's. There was no change in narrative, as it happens with every wrestler as heavily featured as Cena, fans just grew fonder of him.
The internet is a minority when you take into account that they don't go to house shows and scream for the main star, they certainly weren't doing it in Cena's peak.
If your argument is that Punk had more cheers than Cena...I guess? that's not what being over is though. If you get a legit reaction that doesn't damage business, you are over. Cena's mixed reactions were real but they also made WWE business have a legit spike after 02-04 and lasted for half a decade. Summer of Punk last 1 month before WWE fukked it all up.
Nah it was true during that time and it was WWE's fault too.AEW was able to sell out a show at the United Center, 2 weeks before a PPV in Chicago, when there were no matches announced in advance because it was hinted at Punk debuting. Punk isn't a draw who moves the needle? FOH.
well duhhh
Punk was the og ratings killer
As a Punk fan he’s not wrong but the timing of this is highly sus.
